【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國城鄉(xiāng)居民收入都在穩(wěn)定增長,但二者之間的差距越來越大,這已經(jīng)成為了制約經(jīng)濟(jì)社會良性運(yùn)行和社會穩(wěn)定的重要影響因素。漯河市作為河南省農(nóng)業(yè)大市,在城鄉(xiāng)收入差距拉大的問題上具有極大的典型性。因此,探討漯河市縮小城鄉(xiāng)收入差距、農(nóng)民增收等問題,改善城鄉(xiāng)收入分配格局不公正的現(xiàn)狀、破除限制城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展的“二元經(jīng)濟(jì)”結(jié)構(gòu)具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。本文以提高農(nóng)民收入、促進(jìn)農(nóng)民增收為主線,分別從四大方面介紹了漯河市城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距擴(kuò)大的問題。緒論部分主要說明了選題的背景及意義,在對國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上提出了本文的研究視角,并借鑒公共服務(wù)均等化、城鄉(xiāng)二元經(jīng)濟(jì)理論兩大理論工具進(jìn)行研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上對漯河市城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距的現(xiàn)實狀況展開分析,本部分詳細(xì)對漯河市城鎮(zhèn)、農(nóng)村居民的收入情況進(jìn)行了分解式構(gòu)成分析。指明漯河市當(dāng)前城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距的現(xiàn)狀,并對今后漯河市城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距的發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行預(yù)測性分析。繼而對漯河市城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距產(chǎn)生的原因也展開了分析。本部分主要從歷史文化積淀、二元經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、文化發(fā)展水平、國家和地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)政策等方面對漯河市的城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距展開政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會、文化等全方位、多角度的分析。最后是縮小漯河市城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距的對策性探究。本部分的內(nèi)容主要對農(nóng)村居民增收、加大轉(zhuǎn)移就業(yè)力度、發(fā)展農(nóng)村公共事業(yè)、加大農(nóng)村人力資本投資等嘗試的進(jìn)行了創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:At present, the income of urban and rural residents in China is increasing steadily, but the gap between the two has become more and more big, which has become an important factor that restricts the benign operation of economy and society and social stability. As a big agricultural city in Henan Province, Luohe City is of great typicality in the problem of widening income gap between urban and rural areas. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to probe into the problems of narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas, increasing the income of farmers, improving the unfair situation of urban and rural income distribution pattern, and breaking down the "dual economy" structure, which restricts the development of integration of urban and rural areas. This paper introduces the problems of widening the income gap between urban and rural residents in Luohe City from four aspects, taking raising farmers' income and increasing peasants' income as the main line. The introduction mainly explains the background and significance of the topic, puts forward the research perspective of this paper based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars, and draws lessons from the equalization of public services and the dual economic theory of urban and rural areas. On this basis, the real situation of income gap between urban and rural residents in Luohe City is analyzed, and the income of urban and rural residents in Luohe City is analyzed in detail in this part. This paper points out the present situation of the income gap between urban and rural residents in Luohe City, and makes a predictive analysis on the development trend of the income gap between urban and rural residents in Luohe City in the future. Then it analyzes the causes of income gap between urban and rural residents in Luohe City. This part mainly from the historical and cultural accumulation, dual economic structure, cultural development level, national and regional economic policies and other aspects of Luohe urban and rural residents income gap, economic, social, cultural and other all-round, multi-angle analysis. Finally, the paper explores the strategies to narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents in Luohe City. The content of this part is mainly to the rural residents to increase income, increase the transfer of employment, the development of rural public utilities, increase rural human capital investment and other attempts to innovate.
