【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化可以通過消費(fèi)和投資拉動(dòng)、集聚和輻射效應(yīng)帶動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)，通過產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和居民收入水平的提高促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)，是一個(gè)國(guó)家擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需、改善民生、實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)以及促進(jìn)社會(huì)進(jìn)步的重要戰(zhàn)略選擇。在當(dāng)前國(guó)際金融危機(jī)持續(xù)發(fā)酵、貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義抬頭、國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)“穩(wěn)增長(zhǎng)、調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)”的任務(wù)迫切而緊急的大背景下，我國(guó)的城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)應(yīng)當(dāng)更加注重提高城鎮(zhèn)化的質(zhì)量，發(fā)揮產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展在城鎮(zhèn)化中的支撐作用，培育新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)，促進(jìn)多元城鎮(zhèn)化、就地城鎮(zhèn)化、生態(tài)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展目標(biāo)的早日實(shí)現(xiàn)。 本文在明確研究背景和選題意義的基礎(chǔ)上，認(rèn)真梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)領(lǐng)域?qū)＜覍W(xué)者研究成果，，首先在第一章介紹了研究的理論基礎(chǔ)，即城市經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進(jìn)和二元經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)理論；第二章則系統(tǒng)闡釋了城鎮(zhèn)化、城市化、新型城鎮(zhèn)化的涵義和特征，以及國(guó)內(nèi)外城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展進(jìn)程和啟示；第三、四章分別從理論分析和實(shí)證研究的角度論述了新型城鎮(zhèn)化對(duì)我國(guó)未來經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響；第五章結(jié)合一些國(guó)家和部分省市地區(qū)推進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的探索經(jīng)驗(yàn)，從堅(jiān)持以人為本、強(qiáng)化產(chǎn)業(yè)支撐、統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃、加快制度創(chuàng)新及倡導(dǎo)生態(tài)文明五個(gè)方面，對(duì)推進(jìn)新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)提出有針對(duì)性的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Urbanization can stimulate economic growth through consumption and investment, agglomeration and radiation effects, and promote economic growth through industrial restructuring and the improvement of residents' income level. It is a country that expands domestic demand and improves people's livelihood. An important strategic choice for achieving economic growth and promoting social progress. Against the background of the continuous fermentation of the current international financial crisis, the rise of trade protectionism, the urgent and urgent task of "steady growth and structural adjustment" of the domestic economy, China's urbanization construction should pay more attention to improving the quality of urbanization. Give full play to the supporting role of industrial development in urbanization, cultivate new economic growth point, promote multiple urbanization, local urbanization, ecological urbanization development goal to be realized as soon as possible. On the basis of clarifying the research background and the significance of selecting the topic, this paper carefully combs the research results of experts and scholars in related fields at home and abroad. In the first chapter, it introduces the theoretical basis of the research, that is, urban economics, economic growth, and so on. The second chapter systematically explains the meaning and characteristics of urbanization, urbanization and new urbanization, as well as the development process and enlightenment of urbanization at home and abroad. The fourth chapter discusses the impact of new urbanization on China's future economic growth from the perspective of theoretical analysis and empirical research. Strengthening industry support, coordinating urban and rural planning, speeding up system innovation and advocating ecological civilization, this paper puts forward targeted policy suggestions for promoting the construction of new urbanization.
