【摘要】：利用2006—2015年的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)構(gòu)建耦合協(xié)調(diào)模型,對(duì)廣東各經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域科技創(chuàng)新與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展兩個(gè)子系統(tǒng)的耦合協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)果表明:各區(qū)域的兩子系統(tǒng)綜合序參量值呈現(xiàn)較為一致的增長(zhǎng)態(tài)勢(shì),且呈現(xiàn)較高的正相關(guān),科技創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)綜合序參量值比經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)綜合序參量值增長(zhǎng)得更快;各區(qū)域的科技創(chuàng)新、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展兩子系統(tǒng)的耦合度和協(xié)調(diào)耦合度均呈現(xiàn)快速增長(zhǎng)態(tài)勢(shì),且近年均達(dá)到高度耦合和高度協(xié)調(diào)耦合階段,說(shuō)明廣東各區(qū)域科技創(chuàng)新和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展兩者的交互作用較強(qiáng)�；诖颂岢鼋ㄗh:廣東各經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域堅(jiān)持科技創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,以產(chǎn)業(yè)為載體促進(jìn)科技創(chuàng)新能力與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益雙提升;珠三角地區(qū)深化機(jī)制體制創(chuàng)新,優(yōu)化配置科技創(chuàng)新資源,培育經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的新動(dòng)力;粵東西北地區(qū)注重提高科技創(chuàng)新在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和升級(jí)過(guò)程中的支撐作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the statistical data from 2006 to 2015, this paper studies the coupling and coordination relationship between the two subsystems of science and technology innovation and economic development in various economic regions of Guangdong by constructing a coupling coordination model. The results show that the values of the integrated order parameters of the two subsystems in each region show a relatively consistent growth trend and show a high positive correlation. The value of the comprehensive order parameters of the science and technology innovation system increases faster than that of the economic development system. The coupling degree and coordination coupling degree of the two subsystems of economic development and science and technology innovation in various regions have shown a rapid growth trend, and in recent years, they have all reached the stage of high coupling and highly coordinated coupling. It shows that the interaction between scientific and technological innovation and economic development in Guangdong is strong. Based on this, some suggestions are put forward: each economic region in Guangdong adheres to the development strategy of science and technology innovation, and promotes the dual promotion of scientific and technological innovation ability and economic benefit with industry as the carrier, and deepens the mechanism system innovation and optimizes the allocation of scientific and technological innovation resources in the Pearl River Delta region. Cultivating the new motive force of economic growth and emphasizing the supporting role of scientific and technological innovation in the process of industrial structure adjustment and upgrading in northwest Guangdong province.
