中鐵山橋國際化實施中帕德瑪項目案例研究

【摘要】:中國提出"一帶一路"國家戰(zhàn)略,給中國企業(yè)在政策、資金、資源、項目上帶來巨大的機遇,有利于企業(yè)推進國際化進程。中鐵山橋要緊緊抓住這個機遇,整合內(nèi)外部優(yōu)質(zhì)資源,助力于企業(yè)國際化發(fā)展,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的國際化戰(zhàn)略目標。中鐵山橋是中國橋梁鋼結(jié)構(gòu)和鐵路道岔的領(lǐng)軍企業(yè),經(jīng)過十幾年的國際化發(fā)展,擁有一定的國際市場份額,從單一的產(chǎn)品出口發(fā)展到海外建廠。孟加拉帕德瑪大橋是目前為止中鐵山橋最大的海外項目,是"一帶一路"國家戰(zhàn)略中重要項目,是中鐵山橋國際化戰(zhàn)略實施的成功項目。本論文對孟加拉帕德瑪大橋項目實施過程進行了分析,從外部環(huán)境、成本測算、人力資源架構(gòu)、合作伙伴選擇四個方面分析出項目實施的具體措施,采取從國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)桿件單元,通過運輸?shù)胶M饽繕藝⒌钠囱b廠,進行桿件單元的拼裝,最終完成橋梁鋼結(jié)構(gòu)總裝成品的交付。在實施過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并提出解決方案,從而總結(jié)出"帕德瑪經(jīng)驗"。"帕德瑪經(jīng)驗"從三個維度總結(jié),即應(yīng)用的主要內(nèi)容、適用性、影響因素三個方面。將總結(jié)出"帕德瑪經(jīng)驗"應(yīng)用到正在實施的中老鐵路項目和莫斯科-喀山高鐵項目這兩個國際化項目中,研究該經(jīng)驗的應(yīng)用性及保障對策。通過總結(jié)"帕德瑪經(jīng)驗"并應(yīng)用,全面提升中鐵山橋國際化項目實施的效率,有利于達到中鐵山橋國際化戰(zhàn)略目標。
[Abstract]:China has put forward the national strategy of "Belt and Road", which brings great opportunities to Chinese enterprises in policies, funds, resources and projects, and is conducive to promoting the process of internationalization. China Railway Mountain Bridge should seize this opportunity, integrate internal and external high quality resources, help the development of enterprise internationalization, and realize the strategic goal of enterprise internationalization. Zhongtieshan Bridge is the leading enterprise of Chinese bridge steel structure and railway switch. After more than ten years of international development, it has a certain international market share, from a single product export to overseas construction. The Padma Bridge in Bangladesh is the largest overseas project of Zhongtieshan Bridge by far. It is an important project in Belt and Road's national strategy and a successful project in the implementation of the internationalization strategy of Zhongtieshan Bridge. This paper analyzes the implementation process of the Padma Bridge project in Bangladesh. From four aspects of external environment, cost calculation, human resource structure, partner selection, the paper analyzes the specific measures of project implementation, and takes the production of member units from the domestic. Through transportation to overseas target country to set up the assembly plant, carry on the assembly of the member unit, finish the final delivery of the bridge steel structure final product. Identify problems and propose solutions during implementation, thus summing up the Padma experience. Padma's experience is summed up from three dimensions, namely, the main content of application, applicability and influencing factors. This paper summarizes the application of Padma experience to the two international projects, namely, the Sino-Lao railway project and the Moscow-Kazan high-speed railway project, and studies the application of the experience and the safeguard countermeasures. By summing up the Padma experience and applying it, the efficiency of the implementation of the Zhongtieshan Bridge internationalization project can be comprehensively improved, which is conducive to achieving the strategic goal of Zhongtieshan Bridge internationalization.
