中鐵山橋國(guó)際化實(shí)施中帕德瑪項(xiàng)目案例研究

【摘要】:中國(guó)提出"一帶一路"國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略,給中國(guó)企業(yè)在政策、資金、資源、項(xiàng)目上帶來(lái)巨大的機(jī)遇,有利于企業(yè)推進(jìn)國(guó)際化進(jìn)程。中鐵山橋要緊緊抓住這個(gè)機(jī)遇,整合內(nèi)外部?jī)?yōu)質(zhì)資源,助力于企業(yè)國(guó)際化發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。中鐵山橋是中國(guó)橋梁鋼結(jié)構(gòu)和鐵路道岔的領(lǐng)軍企業(yè),經(jīng)過(guò)十幾年的國(guó)際化發(fā)展,擁有一定的國(guó)際市場(chǎng)份額,從單一的產(chǎn)品出口發(fā)展到海外建廠(chǎng)。孟加拉帕德瑪大橋是目前為止中鐵山橋最大的海外項(xiàng)目,是"一帶一路"國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略中重要項(xiàng)目,是中鐵山橋國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的成功項(xiàng)目。本論文對(duì)孟加拉帕德瑪大橋項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程進(jìn)行了分析,從外部環(huán)境、成本測(cè)算、人力資源架構(gòu)、合作伙伴選擇四個(gè)方面分析出項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的具體措施,采取從國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)桿件單元,通過(guò)運(yùn)輸?shù)胶M饽繕?biāo)國(guó)建立的拼裝廠(chǎng),進(jìn)行桿件單元的拼裝,最終完成橋梁鋼結(jié)構(gòu)總裝成品的交付。在實(shí)施過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題并提出解決方案,從而總結(jié)出"帕德瑪經(jīng)驗(yàn)"。"帕德瑪經(jīng)驗(yàn)"從三個(gè)維度總結(jié),即應(yīng)用的主要內(nèi)容、適用性、影響因素三個(gè)方面。將總結(jié)出"帕德瑪經(jīng)驗(yàn)"應(yīng)用到正在實(shí)施的中老鐵路項(xiàng)目和莫斯科-喀山高鐵項(xiàng)目這兩個(gè)國(guó)際化項(xiàng)目中,研究該經(jīng)驗(yàn)的應(yīng)用性及保障對(duì)策。通過(guò)總結(jié)"帕德瑪經(jīng)驗(yàn)"并應(yīng)用,全面提升中鐵山橋國(guó)際化項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的效率,有利于達(dá)到中鐵山橋國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:China has put forward the national strategy of "Belt and Road", which brings great opportunities to Chinese enterprises in policies, funds, resources and projects, and is conducive to promoting the process of internationalization. China Railway Mountain Bridge should seize this opportunity, integrate internal and external high quality resources, help the development of enterprise internationalization, and realize the strategic goal of enterprise internationalization. Zhongtieshan Bridge is the leading enterprise of Chinese bridge steel structure and railway switch. After more than ten years of international development, it has a certain international market share, from a single product export to overseas construction. The Padma Bridge in Bangladesh is the largest overseas project of Zhongtieshan Bridge by far. It is an important project in Belt and Road's national strategy and a successful project in the implementation of the internationalization strategy of Zhongtieshan Bridge. This paper analyzes the implementation process of the Padma Bridge project in Bangladesh. From four aspects of external environment, cost calculation, human resource structure, partner selection, the paper analyzes the specific measures of project implementation, and takes the production of member units from the domestic. Through transportation to overseas target country to set up the assembly plant, carry on the assembly of the member unit, finish the final delivery of the bridge steel structure final product. Identify problems and propose solutions during implementation, thus summing up the Padma experience. Padma's experience is summed up from three dimensions, namely, the main content of application, applicability and influencing factors. This paper summarizes the application of Padma experience to the two international projects, namely, the Sino-Lao railway project and the Moscow-Kazan high-speed railway project, and studies the application of the experience and the safeguard countermeasures. By summing up the Padma experience and applying it, the efficiency of the implementation of the Zhongtieshan Bridge internationalization project can be comprehensively improved, which is conducive to achieving the strategic goal of Zhongtieshan Bridge internationalization.
