【摘要】：論文考慮不同制約因素下房價(jià)對居民消費(fèi)的影響可能存在非線性轉(zhuǎn)換,基于中國2000年—2013年間省際面板數(shù)據(jù)和門檻模型來檢驗(yàn)老年人口比重、少兒人口比重及住房資產(chǎn)占比在房價(jià)波動對居民消費(fèi)的影響中是否存在門檻效應(yīng),結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)三個門檻變量均存在雙重門檻效應(yīng),但對應(yīng)的三種區(qū)制轉(zhuǎn)換特點(diǎn)不同。在人口年齡結(jié)構(gòu)變量的不同區(qū)制下房價(jià)對居民消費(fèi)均具有正向影響,但隨著老年人口比重的增加,房價(jià)對居民消費(fèi)的影響程度先增后減;隨著少兒人口比重的增加,房價(jià)對居民消費(fèi)的作用程度先減后增;住房資產(chǎn)占比的前兩種區(qū)制下房價(jià)對居民消費(fèi)的影響為負(fù)值,跨過第二個門檻值后開始轉(zhuǎn)為正向影響。
[Abstract]:Considering the influence of house price on residents' consumption under different constraints, this paper tests the proportion of elderly population based on the provincial panel data and threshold model from 2000 to 2013. The proportion of children's population and the proportion of housing assets have a threshold effect in the impact of house price fluctuation on residents' consumption. The results show that the three threshold variables all have double threshold effect, but the corresponding characteristics of the three regional systems are different. Under the different district system of population age structure variable, house price has positive influence on resident consumption, but with the increase of the proportion of elderly population, the influence degree of house price on resident consumption increases first and then decreases; with the increase of the proportion of children population, The effect of house price on residents' consumption decreases first and then increases, and the effect of housing price on residents' consumption is negative under the first two districts where the proportion of housing assets is in the first two regions, and becomes positive after crossing the second threshold.
