【摘要】：隨著技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)研究的不斷深入，產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移作為不同地區(qū)之間資金和技術(shù)交流的重要紐帶也得到了理論界的廣泛關(guān)注，特別是產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移過程中的技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)被認(rèn)為是帶動落后地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的一劑良藥。改革開放以來，我國東部省份不斷承接海外發(fā)達(dá)國家以勞動密集型行業(yè)為主的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移，并通過產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)快速提升了自身研發(fā)和管理水平，經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展取得了長足進(jìn)步�？上Ш镁安婚L，隨著用工成本的不斷高漲，外資紛紛出逃，東部發(fā)達(dá)省份產(chǎn)業(yè)“空質(zhì)化”現(xiàn)象日趨嚴(yán)重，轉(zhuǎn)型需求刻不容緩。反觀我國西部廣大地區(qū)雖然資源豐厚，但經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展卻陷入困局，與東部省份發(fā)展差距逐年拉大。如何利用區(qū)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)西部落后省份經(jīng)濟(jì)騰飛，無疑成為了我國構(gòu)建“和諧社會”、實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的重要一環(huán)。 在這種背景下，論文選取我國西部甘肅省2006-2011年間16個工業(yè)行業(yè)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)作為樣本，結(jié)合多種理論和實(shí)證方法對甘肅省工業(yè)行業(yè)內(nèi)承接外省區(qū)際產(chǎn)業(yè)過程中的轉(zhuǎn)移技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)展開研究，并針對研究結(jié)論提出相關(guān)政策建議。 本文的結(jié)構(gòu)安排如下： 第一章：導(dǎo)論。說明了選題的背景和意義，，同時陳述論文的大體框架和可能創(chuàng)新。 第二章：轉(zhuǎn)移承接地行業(yè)內(nèi)技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)的相關(guān)理論文獻(xiàn)評述。首先對相關(guān)概念做了界定，其次分別從國際和國內(nèi)視角對產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移行業(yè)內(nèi)技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)進(jìn)行了文獻(xiàn)回顧，對已有研究成果從理論角度作了歸納。 第三章：甘肅省承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移行業(yè)內(nèi)技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)實(shí)證研究。運(yùn)用傳統(tǒng)面板模型和空間計量模型對行業(yè)內(nèi)技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)進(jìn)行對比研究，同時結(jié)合實(shí)證結(jié)果給出相應(yīng)的解釋和分析。 第四章：甘肅承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移行業(yè)技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)對行業(yè)增長方式影響的聯(lián)動研究。本章不光從行業(yè)內(nèi)角度出發(fā)，同時結(jié)合行業(yè)間技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)對行業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式展開聯(lián)動研究，力圖發(fā)現(xiàn)行業(yè)技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)對我國西部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)由粗放走向集約所做的貢獻(xiàn)。 第五章：甘肅省承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移行業(yè)內(nèi)技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)的影響因素研究。本章通過構(gòu)建分位數(shù)回歸模型，較深入地分析了影響行業(yè)內(nèi)技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)的各種因素，并結(jié)合實(shí)證結(jié)果給出了切實(shí)可行的政策建議。 第六章：研究結(jié)論、政策建議及展望。對全文研究作出總結(jié)并得出政策意見，同時對未來的相關(guān)領(lǐng)域研究做出了建設(shè)性的展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of technology spillover effect, industry transfer, as an important link between different regions, has been paid more and more attention by the theory circle. Especially the technology spillover effect in the process of industrial transfer is considered to be a good medicine to promote the economic development of backward areas. Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, the eastern provinces of China continue to undertake the industrial transfer of labor-intensive industries in overseas developed countries, and through the technology spillover effect of industrial transfer, the level of their own R & D and management has been rapidly improved. Considerable progress has been made in economic development. Unfortunately, the situation is not long, with the rising cost of employment, foreign capital has fled, the eastern developed provinces industry "empty quality" phenomenon is becoming more and more serious, the need for transformation is urgent. On the other hand, although the vast areas of western China are rich in resources, the economic development is in a difficult situation, and the gap between the development of the western regions and the eastern provinces is widening year by year. How to make use of the technology spillover effect of inter-regional industrial transfer to realize the economic takeoff of the western backward provinces has undoubtedly become an important part of building a "harmonious society" and realizing the coordinated development of the region in China. Under this background, the paper selects the relevant data of 16 industrial industries from 2006 to 2011 in Gansu Province in western China as a sample. Combined with various theories and empirical methods, this paper studies the spillover effect of transfer technology in the process of taking over the inter-regional industry in Gansu Province, and puts forward some policy recommendations for the conclusion of the study. The structure of this paper is as follows: Chapter one: introduction. The background and significance of the topic are explained, and the general framework and possible innovation of the thesis are presented. Chapter two: review of relevant theoretical literature on technology spillover effect in transfer undertaking industry. Firstly, the related concepts are defined. Secondly, the literature review of technology spillover effects in industry transfer industry is made from the international and domestic perspectives, and the existing research results are summarized from the theoretical point of view. Chapter three: empirical study on technology spillover effect in Gansu province undertaking industry transfer. By using traditional panel model and spatial econometric model, this paper makes a comparative study on the technology spillover effect in the industry, and gives the corresponding explanation and analysis combined with the empirical results. Chapter four: the linkage study on the effect of technology spillover effect on industry growth in Gansu province. This chapter not only starts from the angle of the industry, but also combines the technology spillover effect between industries to carry out the linkage research on the mode of industry economic growth, and tries to find out the contribution of the industry technology spillover effect to the economy of western China from extensive to intensive. Chapter five: research on the influencing factors of technology spillover effect in the industry of undertaking industrial transfer in Gansu province. By constructing a quantile regression model, this chapter analyzes the various factors that affect the technology spillover effect in the industry, and gives some feasible policy recommendations based on the empirical results. Chapter VI: conclusions, policy recommendations and prospects. This paper summarizes the full-text research and draws policy opinions, and makes a constructive outlook for the future research in related fields.
