基于碳足跡評估的工業(yè)園區(qū)低碳發(fā)展模式的研究與實證

【摘要】:工業(yè)革命以來,全球溫室氣體(Greenhouse Gases, GHG)的排放量日漸增多,使得全球氣溫升高,從而引起了海平面上升、自然災(zāi)害頻發(fā)、氣候異常等,對人們的生命財產(chǎn)安全帶來了嚴(yán)重的威脅。碳足跡評估、GHG減排和低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的相關(guān)研究已成為當(dāng)前全世界的研究熱點領(lǐng)域。中國碳減排的潛力主要在工業(yè),如何降低工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的GHG排放強(qiáng)度,是中國履行GHG減排承諾、實現(xiàn)GHG減排目標(biāo)和社會經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要課題。而園區(qū)化發(fā)展是中國工業(yè)發(fā)展的主要趨勢,工業(yè)園區(qū)是實現(xiàn)減排目標(biāo)的重要單元和實施主體,因此,構(gòu)建基于工業(yè)園區(qū)特點的碳足跡核算方法,促進(jìn)園區(qū)低碳發(fā)展,顯得尤為重要。 本論文采用文獻(xiàn)查閱、資料收集、實地調(diào)查及理論分析等方法,基于與國內(nèi)外相關(guān)概念和研究成果的對比分析,探討了低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)、碳足跡、工業(yè)園區(qū)的內(nèi)涵和研究進(jìn)展,在借鑒現(xiàn)有碳足跡評估方法和工業(yè)園區(qū)基本統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)與本地化的排放系數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建工業(yè)園區(qū)的碳足跡評估方法體系。以福建荔城經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)為案例研究對象,開展碳足跡評估,解析園區(qū)碳足跡類型和分布,并根據(jù)評估結(jié)果,研究探討園區(qū)的低碳發(fā)展途徑。 碳足跡量化評估結(jié)果顯示,福建荔城經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)的碳足跡(碳源)總量約為46.56萬噸。其中工業(yè)碳足跡約為40.10萬噸,居民生活碳足跡約為5.55萬噸,交通碳足跡約為0.91萬噸,同時園區(qū)綠地作為園區(qū)碳匯,吸收約11.37萬噸C02。在工業(yè)碳足跡中,直接能源燃燒碳足跡為2.44萬噸,上游碳足跡為36.40萬噸,下游碳足跡為1.26萬噸。從園區(qū)工業(yè)行業(yè)類別出發(fā),皮革、毛皮、羽毛(絨)及其制品和制鞋業(yè)碳足跡、化學(xué)原料和化學(xué)制品制造業(yè)碳足跡是園區(qū)工業(yè)碳足跡的最大的兩個部門。在園區(qū)碳足跡評估結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,嘗試構(gòu)建了園區(qū)低碳發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)性指標(biāo)體系,研究分析園區(qū)低碳發(fā)展模式及目標(biāo)可達(dá)性。
[Abstract]:Since the Industrial Revolution, the global greenhouse gas emissions of greenhouse gases (GHGs) have been increasing day by day, which makes the global temperature rise, which causes the rise of sea level, frequent natural disasters, abnormal climate and so on, which brings a serious threat to the safety of people's lives and property.Carbon footprint assessment GHG emission reduction and low-carbon economic development have become a hot research area all over the world.The potential of carbon emission reduction in China mainly lies in industry. How to reduce the GHG emission intensity in industrial field is an important task for China to fulfill the GHG emission reduction commitment and to achieve the GHG emission reduction target and the sustainable development of social economy.The development of industrial park is the main trend of China's industrial development. Industrial park is an important unit and main body to achieve the emission reduction target. Therefore, a method of carbon footprint accounting based on the characteristics of industrial park is constructed to promote the low-carbon development of the park.It is especially important.This paper uses the methods of literature review, data collection, field investigation and theoretical analysis, based on the comparative analysis of relative concepts and research results at home and abroad, discusses the connotation and research progress of low carbon economy, carbon footprint, industrial park, and so on.Based on the existing carbon footprint assessment methods, the basic statistical data of industrial parks and the localized emission coefficient, the carbon footprint assessment method system of industrial parks is constructed.Taking Licheng Economic Development Zone of Fujian Province as the case study object, the carbon footprint assessment is carried out, and the types and distribution of carbon footprint of the park are analyzed. Based on the evaluation results, the low carbon development path of the park is studied.The results of carbon footprint quantitative evaluation show that the total carbon footprint (carbon source) of Licheng Economic Development Zone is about 465600 tons.The industrial carbon footprint is about 401000 tons, the residential carbon footprint is about 55500 tons, and the traffic carbon footprint is about 9100 tons. Meanwhile, the green space of the park, as a carbon sink of the park, absorbs about 113700 tons of C02.In industrial carbon footprint, direct energy combustion carbon footprint is 24400 tons, upstream carbon footprint is 364000 tons, downstream carbon footprint is 12600 tons.According to the industrial category of the park, the carbon footprint of leather, fur, feather (velvet) and footwear industry, chemical raw material and chemical products manufacturing industry are the two largest sectors of the industrial carbon footprint of the park.Based on the results of the carbon footprint assessment of the park, this paper attempts to construct a guiding index system for the low-carbon development of the park, and studies and analyzes the low-carbon development model and the accessibility of the goal of the park.
