【摘要】：持續(xù)較快的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展速度對于落后國家從根本上提高人們生活水平、實現(xiàn)對先進發(fā)達國家的追趕乃至"蛙跳"式發(fā)展趕超具有重要意義,新常態(tài)下中國經(jīng)濟的"換擋減速"存在未富先慢的嫌疑。需要從適度發(fā)展與適度增長的區(qū)別中來把握適度發(fā)展的下限,適度發(fā)展更側(cè)重經(jīng)濟增長效率提升、形成有利于結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的技術(shù)進步路徑以及經(jīng)濟增長集約化水平的提高�；猱a(chǎn)能過剩并不必然導(dǎo)致適度發(fā)展速度的下降,減速也不是新常態(tài)的標簽。需要發(fā)揮中國獨有的工業(yè)體系齊全優(yōu)勢,進一步在工業(yè)化進程中促進中國經(jīng)濟持續(xù)快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Sustained and rapid economic development is of great significance for backward countries to fundamentally improve people's living standards, to catch up with advanced developed countries and even to catch up with and catch up with "leapfrog" development.Under the new normal, China's "shift deceleration" exists the suspicion of slow before becoming rich.It is necessary to grasp the lower limit of moderate development from the difference between moderate development and moderate growth, which focuses more on improving the efficiency of economic growth, and forms a technological progress path conducive to structural optimization and the enhancement of the intensive level of economic growth.Overcoming overcapacity does not necessarily lead to a moderate decline in growth, and deceleration is not a new normal label.We need to give full play to China's unique industrial system and further promote China's sustained and rapid economic development in the process of industrialization.
