基于ELES模型的內(nèi)蒙古牧民消費(fèi)研究

【摘要】:牧民作為一個(gè)特殊的消費(fèi)群體,是我國整個(gè)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)不可分割的部分,在社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下對(duì)不同消費(fèi)群體進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,才能夠較準(zhǔn)確地滿足需求多樣性和有效供給。牧民的生活方式和生活習(xí)慣與農(nóng)民和城鎮(zhèn)居民都不同,他們的這種特殊性,決定了對(duì)其生活消費(fèi)行為研究的必要性。了解牧民的消費(fèi)行為不僅有助于政府部門準(zhǔn)確地把握新世紀(jì)牧民的消費(fèi)水平、消費(fèi)需求以及消費(fèi)地域等特點(diǎn),而且能夠?yàn)檎块T制定出與“三牧問題”相關(guān)的政策提供指導(dǎo),進(jìn)而合理的引導(dǎo)和促進(jìn)牧區(qū)居民不斷提高消費(fèi)水平和消費(fèi)質(zhì)量,對(duì)擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需和促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有著現(xiàn)實(shí)而深遠(yuǎn)的意義。 本文以當(dāng)代消費(fèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論與消費(fèi)函數(shù)理論為基礎(chǔ),首先對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古牧民的收入水平、消費(fèi)水平、消費(fèi)傾向以及消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)作了詳細(xì)的描述性分析,然后利用擴(kuò)展線性支出系統(tǒng)(ELES)模型對(duì)實(shí)地調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)作了實(shí)證分析,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)牧民的各項(xiàng)消費(fèi)支出都與人均純收入有顯著的相關(guān)關(guān)系;(2)牧民的發(fā)展型消費(fèi)支出比重較大,其中交通通訊和文化教育支出都是硬性支出,是被動(dòng)的強(qiáng)制性消費(fèi),這說明牧民消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)層次存在虛高現(xiàn)象;(3)牧民仍然以生存型消費(fèi)為主,發(fā)展型消費(fèi)逐漸增加,享受型消費(fèi)很少,由此可見,牧民的家庭消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)仍不合理。本文基于上述結(jié)論提出了改善牧區(qū)消費(fèi)環(huán)境的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Herdsmen, as a special consumer group, are an inseparable part of the whole national economy of our country. Under the condition of socialist market economy, the investigation and research on different consumer groups can satisfy the diversity of demand and effective supply more accurately.The lifestyle and habits of herdsmen are different from those of farmers and urban residents. Their particularity determines the necessity of studying their living consumption behavior.Understanding the consumption behavior of herdsmen can not only help government departments accurately grasp the characteristics of herdsmen's consumption level, consumption demand and consumption region in the new century, but also provide guidance for government departments to formulate policies related to the "three pastoral problems."Then reasonable guidance and promotion of pastoral residents to continuously improve the level and quality of consumption, to expand domestic demand and promote economic development has a realistic and far-reaching significance.Based on the contemporary consumption economic theory and consumption function theory, this paper first makes a detailed descriptive analysis of the income level, consumption level, consumption tendency and consumption structure of the herdsmen in Inner Mongolia.Then, by using the extended linear expenditure system (ELES) model, the empirical analysis of the field survey data is made. The results show that there is a significant correlation between the consumption expenditure of the herdsmen and the per capita net income. (2) the proportion of the developing consumption expenditure of the herdsmen is large.Among them, the expenditure on transportation, communication and culture and education is both rigid expenditure and passive compulsory consumption. This shows that there is a phenomenon of "false high" in the consumption structure of herdsmen.) the herdsmen still focus on subsistence consumption, and the development-oriented consumption increases gradually.Enjoy type of consumption is very little, thus, herdsmen's family consumption structure is still unreasonable.Based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the consumption environment in pastoral areas.
