【摘要】：20世紀(jì)90年代以來(lái)，世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的兩大特征是經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化。任何一個(gè)國(guó)家的發(fā)展都不可能獨(dú)立于世界之外，世界各國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)趨向更加開放。與此同時(shí)，世界各國(guó)按“地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系”逐步與周邊國(guó)家建立和加強(qiáng)了區(qū)域性經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系，區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化呈現(xiàn)出了強(qiáng)勁的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭。而我國(guó)作為世界矚目的第二經(jīng)濟(jì)大國(guó)，周邊的地緣政治經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)十分復(fù)雜，伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)崛起，我國(guó)與主要周邊國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易聯(lián)系日趨緊密，顯著拓展了地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)空間，也因此而不可避免的面臨各種地緣政治經(jīng)濟(jì)沖突。在這樣的時(shí)代背景之下，本文著力于正確把握中國(guó)在全球的地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)格局，探究中國(guó)地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)在空間上的特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律，繼而探討中國(guó)地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)格局類型的形成機(jī)制，并在此基礎(chǔ)之上，為制定中國(guó)地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供依據(jù)。 首先，本文介紹了研究的背景意義和內(nèi)容框架，從整體上對(duì)文章做了概括性論述。介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)研究的現(xiàn)狀，對(duì)地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)的概念和相關(guān)支撐理論做出闡釋。 其次，分析了現(xiàn)代中國(guó)地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)格局隨著時(shí)間呈現(xiàn)出貿(mào)易額迅速擴(kuò)大、對(duì)外聯(lián)系程度日益加深；由封閉、半封閉到全面開放；地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)格局聯(lián)系穩(wěn)定的三大演變特點(diǎn)。進(jìn)而從全球、亞洲和周邊三個(gè)層次對(duì)當(dāng)前中國(guó)地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)格局空間分異特征進(jìn)行了探究。在全球?qū)哟紊�，中�?guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)“大”而不“強(qiáng)”，貨物貿(mào)易呈現(xiàn)點(diǎn)軸格局、投資呈現(xiàn)出極核式發(fā)散格局。在亞洲層次上，中國(guó)整體呈現(xiàn)以太平洋沿岸為軸線的點(diǎn)軸格局，并具體以“塊”入手分別分析了東亞日韓雙核心的地緣格局、東南亞多極點(diǎn)均衡的地緣格局、南亞印度一家獨(dú)大的地緣格局、中亞聯(lián)系相對(duì)松散的地緣格局。在周邊層次上，中國(guó)是大中華經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的腹地和聯(lián)系紐帶，港澳臺(tái)地區(qū)是中國(guó)內(nèi)地最重要的貿(mào)易伙伴，是內(nèi)地最重要的外資來(lái)源地和海外投資目的地。 再次，對(duì)中國(guó)地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)空格局演變機(jī)制分析。第一是地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)因素，通過計(jì)算中國(guó)與各國(guó)的貿(mào)易互補(bǔ)性和全球價(jià)值鏈模擬理論上的中國(guó)地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)格局與實(shí)際十分相似，得出中國(guó)與各國(guó)的地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系是地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)格局形成的內(nèi)在動(dòng)力。第二是地緣位置因素，地緣位置整體上對(duì)地緣格局呈圈層狀影響，具體的則通過經(jīng)緯度位置、海陸位置和經(jīng)濟(jì)地理位置對(duì)地緣格局產(chǎn)生影響。第三是地緣政治因素，即中國(guó)與各國(guó)的政治關(guān)系是中國(guó)地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)格局形成的晴雨表。第四是地緣文化因素，即共同的文化價(jià)值取向是中國(guó)地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)格局形成的重要影響因素。 最后，通過全文的研究分析，對(duì)中國(guó)地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)格局戰(zhàn)略做出思考并探討中國(guó)地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)格局發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)。在地緣戰(zhàn)略上，我國(guó)應(yīng)立足大國(guó)戰(zhàn)略，拓展全球地緣空間，整合亞洲經(jīng)濟(jì)空間并推進(jìn)“大中華經(jīng)濟(jì)圈”早日實(shí)現(xiàn)。同時(shí)探討中國(guó)的對(duì)外投資和多邊貿(mào)易戰(zhàn)略以及實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)格局戰(zhàn)略的政策建議。在未來(lái)，，中國(guó)將贏得更廣闊的地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)空間，成為世界事務(wù)和周邊事務(wù)的主要參與者，同時(shí)也面臨更多挑戰(zhàn)。 本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)主要是中國(guó)地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)格局演變過程和當(dāng)下全球各尺度中國(guó)地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)格局梳理，全方位多角度把握“空間”或“地緣”因素對(duì)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的作用以及在“地緣”的作用下中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展軌跡。進(jìn)而總結(jié)中國(guó)地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)格局類型，探索地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)格局形成的機(jī)制，為中國(guó)地緣經(jīng)濟(jì)戰(zhàn)略的制定提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s , the two characteristics of the world economy are economic globalization and regional economic integration . The development of any country cannot be independent of the world , and the economic trend of all countries in the world is more open . At the same time , as the world ' s world ' s second - largest economy country , the political and economic situation of the regional economy is very complicated .

Firstly , this paper introduces the background meaning and content framework of the research , and makes a general discussion on the article from the whole . It introduces the present situation of the research on geo - economic research at home and abroad , and explains the concept of geo - economy and related support theory .

Secondly , it analyzes the rapid expansion of the modern China ' s geo - economic pattern over time and the deepening of external relations .

In the future , China will win the wider geo - economic space , become the major player of world affairs and peripheral affairs , and face more challenges .

The innovation point of this paper is mainly about the evolution of China ' s geo - economic pattern and the analysis of China ' s geo - economic pattern in the present global scale . The role of " space " or " geo - edge " factor on China ' s economic development and the development track of China ' s economy under the influence of " geo - edge " are discussed in this paper .
