【摘要】：中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)在過去30多年的時(shí)間里保持了高達(dá)9%以上的增長(zhǎng)速度,其增速之快、維持時(shí)間之長(zhǎng)、轉(zhuǎn)型難度之高、趕超幅度之大都是人類歷史所罕見的,這不能不說是一個(gè)奇跡。然而,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)在增長(zhǎng)的起點(diǎn)、軌跡、主體、直接原因和增長(zhǎng)所需的全球市場(chǎng)等方面又具有常態(tài)特征,與戰(zhàn)后的日本、韓國(guó)、新加坡等國(guó)相類似,也沒什么特異于經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)教科書所揭示的增長(zhǎng)規(guī)律。而現(xiàn)有的理論,無論是比較優(yōu)勢(shì)理論、地方政府競(jìng)爭(zhēng)理論抑或市場(chǎng)化改革理論,都無法內(nèi)在邏輯一致地解釋中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)奇跡和存在的問題。本文的研究表明,權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu)理論才能解釋中國(guó)解放后的經(jīng)濟(jì)成敗。而基于權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu)的視角,從增長(zhǎng)的源泉來看,中國(guó)更無特殊性:解放后到1978年,中國(guó)之所以出現(xiàn)諸多問題,根源在于計(jì)劃
[Abstract]:In the past 30 years, China's economy has maintained a growth rate of more than 9%. It is a miracle that the growth rate is fast, the duration is long, the transition is difficult, and the extent of catching up and surpassing is rare in human history.However, China's economy is characterized by normality in terms of its starting point, trajectory, main body, direct causes and the global market for growth, which is similar to that of Japan, South Korea, Singapore and other countries after the war.Nor is it specific to the law of growth that the economics textbook reveals.However, the existing theories, whether the theory of comparative advantage, the theory of local government competition or the theory of market-oriented reform, can not explain China's economic miracle and existing problems logically and consistently.The research of this paper shows that the theory of power structure can explain the economic success or failure after China's liberation.From the perspective of power structure and from the source of growth, China has no particularity: from the liberation to 1978, there are many problems in China, the root of which lies in the plan.
