【摘要】：蒙古國地處東亞內(nèi)陸，北方與俄羅斯相鄰，南方與中國毗鄰。邊境貿(mào)易在蒙古國對(duì)外經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系中占有舉足輕重的地位，當(dāng)前蒙中、蒙俄邊境貿(mào)易發(fā)展十分迅速，是蒙俄、蒙中雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的重要組成部分。一方面，蒙俄在蘇聯(lián)時(shí)期建立了親密的盟友關(guān)系，兩國在經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治以及軍事領(lǐng)域的合作不斷深入發(fā)展，一度使蒙古國對(duì)蘇聯(lián)的經(jīng)濟(jì)援助產(chǎn)生了強(qiáng)烈的依賴性。在蘇聯(lián)的幫助和扶持下，蒙古國得以很快擺脫貧窮落后的局面，并且在國家工業(yè)化方面取得顯著成效。20世紀(jì)九十年代初，面對(duì)東歐劇變與蘇聯(lián)解體的風(fēng)云突變，蒙古國也開始了重新定位與俄羅斯之間的關(guān)系，當(dāng)前兩國已經(jīng)發(fā)展為平等互利的合作關(guān)系。另一方面，經(jīng)歷半個(gè)多世紀(jì)友好發(fā)展，蒙中地理位置上互為鄰國的天然優(yōu)勢，以及經(jīng)濟(jì)上的極大互補(bǔ)性，中國已連續(xù)多年成為蒙古國的最大貿(mào)易伙伴國和投資國。在蒙中戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系建立的背景下，雙方經(jīng)貿(mào)合作日益密切，邊境經(jīng)貿(mào)合作更是不可或缺的一部分。本文以國際貿(mào)易理論以及國際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作理論為研究基礎(chǔ)；以蒙古國邊境地區(qū)蒙俄、蒙中經(jīng)貿(mào)合作為研究對(duì)象；探討了蒙古國邊境地區(qū)經(jīng)貿(mào)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、特點(diǎn)，深刻指出了其存在的問題和影響因素；最后，，筆者針對(duì)今后蒙古國的邊境地區(qū)經(jīng)貿(mào)發(fā)展提出合理性和操作性較強(qiáng)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Mongolia is located in the interior of East Asia, adjacent to Russia in the north and China to the south.Border trade plays an important role in Mongolia's foreign economic and trade relations. At present, Mongolia-China border trade between Mongolia and Russia is developing very rapidly, which is an important part of bilateral economic and trade cooperation between Mongolia and Russia.On the one hand, Mongolia and Russia established close allies during the Soviet period, and the cooperation between the two countries in the economic, political and military fields continued to develop, which once made Mongolia strongly dependent on the Soviet Union's economic assistance.With the help and support of the Soviet Union, Mongolia was able to get rid of poverty and backwardness quickly, and made remarkable achievements in the industrialization of the country. In the early 1990s, in the face of the sudden changes in Eastern Europe and the disintegration of the Soviet Union,Mongolia has also begun to reposition its relationship with Russia, which has developed into a cooperative relationship based on equality and mutual benefit.On the other hand, after more than half a century of friendly development, Mongolia and China are the natural advantages of neighboring countries, as well as economic complementarity, China has become Mongolia's largest trading partner and investment country for many years.In the context of the establishment of the strategic partnership between Mongolia and China, bilateral economic and trade cooperation is increasingly close, and border economic and trade cooperation is an indispensable part.This paper takes the theory of international trade and the theory of international economic cooperation as the research foundation, takes the Mongolian border area, Mongolia, Russia, Mongolia and China as the research object, probes into the present situation and characteristics of the economic and trade development in the Mongolian border area.Finally, the author puts forward some reasonable and feasible countermeasures for the economic and trade development in the border areas of Mongolia in the future.
