【摘要】：在當(dāng)前中國物流企業(yè)的對外直接投資規(guī)模呈現(xiàn)跨越式增長背景下,企業(yè)對外直接投資績效成為評價其投資成敗的重要指標(biāo)。筆者通過構(gòu)建中國物流企業(yè)對外直接投資績效影響因素的概念模型,采用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型和層級回歸方法,基于制度環(huán)境和金融發(fā)展的雙調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)視角,從企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢和外來者劣勢兩重維度考察了中國物流企業(yè)對外直接投資績效的影響因素,揭示了不同因素的影響機理和傳導(dǎo)路徑:物流企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢對其短期和長期投資績效均表現(xiàn)出顯著的正向影響;外來者劣勢不利于物流企業(yè)對外直接投資績效的提高;當(dāng)引入制度環(huán)境和金融發(fā)展等因素時,上述影響效果會發(fā)生顯著改變。研究結(jié)論從理論上奠定了深入研究企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢和外來者劣勢與物流企業(yè)對外直接投資績效關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ),啟示我們從加強母國金融改革、完善東道國制度環(huán)境信息披露、培育企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢等方面,提高中國物流企業(yè)對外直接投資績效的管理。
[Abstract]:Under the background of leapfrogging growth in the scale of FDI of Chinese logistics enterprises, the performance of OFDI has become an important index to evaluate the success or failure of their investment.The author constructs a conceptual model of the factors influencing the performance of foreign direct investment (FDI) of Chinese logistics enterprises, adopts the structural equation model and hierarchical regression method, and based on the perspective of dual regulatory effects of institutional environment and financial development.From the two dimensions of competitive advantage and outsider disadvantage, this paper investigates the influencing factors of FDI performance of Chinese logistics enterprises.The influence mechanism and transmission path of different factors are revealed: the competitive advantage of logistics enterprises has a significant positive impact on their short-term and long-term investment performance, the disadvantage of outsiders is not conducive to the improvement of logistics enterprises' foreign direct investment performance;When the institutional environment and financial development are introduced, the above effects will change significantly.The conclusion lays a foundation for the in-depth study of the relationship between the competitive advantage and the outsider disadvantage of the enterprise and the performance of the foreign direct investment of the logistics enterprise. It enlightens us to strengthen the financial reform of the home country and improve the disclosure of the environmental information of the host country.Cultivate competitive advantage of enterprises, improve the performance of Chinese logistics enterprises foreign direct investment management.
