【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化趨勢的不斷深入,老撾作為發(fā)展中國家,也在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化發(fā)展的行列中。為了進(jìn)一步吸引國外的資本進(jìn)入,老撾在革新開放以來,從自身出發(fā),制定了各方面的優(yōu)惠政策,加大吸引其它國家在本國進(jìn)行投資的步伐。老撾和中國長期以來保持著友好的貿(mào)易往來,近年來,中國在老撾投資的力度也在不斷加大,為了進(jìn)一步提高中國企業(yè)在老撾投資的積極性,有必要從中國投資企業(yè)的角度出發(fā),對老撾的投資環(huán)境進(jìn)行深入的分析和研究,并針對這些研究的分析結(jié)果,提出老撾吸引中國企業(yè)直接投資的產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇戰(zhàn)略,為老撾吸引中國企業(yè)直接投資提供更多地理論借鑒。具體而言,本文主要有以下幾個(gè)方面的研究內(nèi)容:一是對老撾投資環(huán)境的分析。論文從大的投資環(huán)境出發(fā),分析目前中國企業(yè)在老撾直接投資的現(xiàn)狀、規(guī)模、領(lǐng)域以及投資額等,同時(shí)也從自然環(huán)境與整體宏觀環(huán)境入手,分析老撾吸外商直接投資的環(huán)境優(yōu)勢;二是運(yùn)用SWOT分析法和PEST分析法從多個(gè)方面對老撾吸引中國企業(yè)直接投資的環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析。SWOT分析法主要從優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇和威脅四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析,PEST分析法主要是從政治環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、社會(huì)和文化因素以及技術(shù)引述四個(gè)角度進(jìn)行分析。從而對老撾吸引中國企業(yè)直接投資的環(huán)境進(jìn)行整體全面的分析和研究;三是對老撾吸引中國企業(yè)直接投資的產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了研究,主要是針對老撾投資環(huán)境的優(yōu)勢以及中國企業(yè)對外投資的市場需求入手,對老撾吸引中國企業(yè)直接投資的產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇進(jìn)行了合理的分析和論述,從而對老撾相關(guān)部門有了一定的理論借鑒意義;四是提出了未來老撾吸引中國企業(yè)直接投資時(shí)需要注意的問題及產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇建議。對于老撾而言,未來吸引中國企業(yè)前來投資,不僅需要針對中國企業(yè)的投資需求和投資目的,加大相關(guān)的優(yōu)惠政策,同時(shí)也要從老撾經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況和以及經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需求出發(fā),明確現(xiàn)階段以及未來的一段時(shí)間里老撾對于外商直接投資的需求,然后將外商需求與自身需求結(jié)合起來,進(jìn)一步對自身的投資環(huán)境進(jìn)行不斷完善,對于產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略選擇進(jìn)行不斷調(diào)整和優(yōu)化。綜上所述,本文主要是從老撾的角度出發(fā),尋求現(xiàn)階段和未來一段時(shí)間內(nèi)老撾為了吸引中國企業(yè)前來投資需要對本國的投資環(huán)境以及產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇所做出的優(yōu)化完善和戰(zhàn)略性調(diào)整。只有這樣,才能不斷提高老撾吸引外商直接投資的能力,尤其是對于中國企業(yè)的吸引力不斷加大,同時(shí)也有利于老撾本國經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的不斷加強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the trend of world economic integration, Laos, as a developing country, is also in the ranks of world economic integration.In order to further attract foreign capital, Laos has formulated various preferential policies from its own perspective since the reform and opening up, so as to increase the pace of attracting other countries to invest in their own countries.Laos and China have maintained friendly trade exchanges for a long time. In recent years, Chinese investment in Laos has also been increasing. In order to further increase the enthusiasm of Chinese enterprises to invest in Laos,It is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis and research on the investment environment in Laos from the perspective of Chinese investment enterprises, and to put forward the industrial choice strategy for Laos to attract direct investment from Chinese enterprises in view of the analysis of the results of these studies.For Laos to attract Chinese direct investment to provide more theoretical reference.Specifically, this paper has the following aspects of research: first, the analysis of Lao investment environment.Starting from the large investment environment, this paper analyzes the current situation, scale, field and investment of Chinese enterprises' direct investment in Laos. At the same time, it also starts with the natural environment and the overall macro environment.This paper analyzes the environmental advantages of Laos in attracting foreign direct investment (FDI). Secondly, it uses SWOT analysis and PEST analysis to analyze the environment of Laos attracting direct investment from Chinese enterprises from many aspects. SWOT analysis mainly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages.The analysis of opportunity and threat is mainly from four angles: political environment, economic environment, social and cultural factors, and technology quotation.Thus, the overall and comprehensive analysis and research on the environment in which Laos attracts direct investment from Chinese enterprises has been carried out. Thirdly, the industrial choice strategy of Laos in attracting direct investment from Chinese enterprises has been studied.In view of the advantages of the Lao investment environment and the market demand of Chinese enterprises' outward investment, this paper makes a reasonable analysis and discussion on the industrial choice of Laos to attract Chinese enterprises' direct investment.So it has certain theoretical reference significance to the relevant departments of Laos. Fourth, it puts forward the problems that Laos should pay attention to when attracting Chinese enterprises' direct investment in the future and the suggestions of industry selection.For Laos, in order to attract Chinese enterprises to invest in the future, it is necessary not only to increase the relevant preferential policies in response to the investment needs and investment purposes of Chinese enterprises,At the same time, starting from the actual situation of Laos's economic development and the needs of its economic development, it is necessary to make clear the demand for foreign direct investment in Laos at this stage and for a period of time to come, and then combine foreign demand with its own needs.Further improve the investment environment and adjust and optimize the industrial strategy.To sum up, this paper is mainly from the point of view of Laos, looking for the Laos in order to attract Chinese enterprises to come to invest in Laos needs to make the optimization and strategic adjustment of the investment environment and industry choice.Only in this way can Laos continuously improve its ability to attract foreign direct investment, especially for Chinese enterprises, and at the same time, it will be conducive to the strengthening of Laos's economic strength.
