供給側(cè)改革背景下服務(wù)業(yè)新業(yè)態(tài)與消費升級

【摘要】:當(dāng)前我國服務(wù)消費發(fā)展面臨重大機遇,發(fā)展服務(wù)業(yè)新業(yè)態(tài)對于促消費、惠民生具有重大意義。發(fā)展服務(wù)業(yè)新業(yè)態(tài)不是由供給或需求某一方面決定的,而是促進服務(wù)供給結(jié)構(gòu)和需求結(jié)構(gòu)匹配的內(nèi)在要求。作為一種供給創(chuàng)新,服務(wù)業(yè)新業(yè)態(tài)呈現(xiàn)出"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"可加性、一二產(chǎn)業(yè)服務(wù)化、服務(wù)生產(chǎn)化(制造化)、服務(wù)業(yè)內(nèi)部融合、專業(yè)化內(nèi)生成長和空間形態(tài)集聚化等趨勢特征。服務(wù)業(yè)新業(yè)態(tài)推動消費熱點和亮點涌現(xiàn),助推消費結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化轉(zhuǎn)型,促進消費方式和消費體驗改善,這些升級表現(xiàn)可從平臺經(jīng)濟、分享經(jīng)濟、體驗經(jīng)濟三個方面進行理論溯源和機制解釋。以服務(wù)業(yè)新業(yè)態(tài)促進消費升級,要重點從匹配服務(wù)供給和需求結(jié)構(gòu)、完善交易服務(wù)平臺建設(shè)、健全市場監(jiān)管和治理體系、促進城鄉(xiāng)居民消費平衡發(fā)展等方面著手。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of service consumption in China is faced with great opportunities, and it is of great significance to promote consumption and benefit the health of the people.The development of new service industry is not determined by supply or demand, but by the inherent requirement of matching service supply structure and demand structure.As a kind of supply innovation, the new service industry presents the characteristics of "Internet" additivity, the service of the first and second industries, the service production (manufacturing), the internal integration of the service industry, the endogenous growth of specialization and the agglomeration of spatial form, and so on.The new form of service industry promotes the emergence of consumption hot spots and bright spots, promotes the transformation of consumption structure optimization, and promotes the improvement of consumption patterns and consumption experience. These upgrading performances can be seen from the platform economy and the sharing economy.Experience economy three aspects of theoretical traceability and mechanism explanation.In order to promote consumption upgrading in the new service industry, we should focus on matching the structure of service supply and demand, perfecting the construction of trading service platform, perfecting the market supervision and governance system, and promoting the balanced development of urban and rural residents' consumption.
