【摘要】：目前關(guān)于歷史街區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇的研究,主要從規(guī)劃的角度去解決問題,著重業(yè)態(tài)選擇。或者是從物質(zhì)空間角度出發(fā),尋求空間分布的合理需求。這些研究著眼于規(guī)劃布局,忽視了決策者注重從產(chǎn)業(yè)角度解決問題的可能,本文意圖從產(chǎn)業(yè)角度,對(duì)歷史街區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值做研究。本文選取的方法主要是文獻(xiàn)研究法,多學(xué)科交叉研究的方法,以及基于AHP的模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法。首先通過文獻(xiàn)研究,綜合總結(jié)前人的學(xué)術(shù)研究成果以及國(guó)外諸多成功開發(fā)的歷史街區(qū)案例經(jīng)驗(yàn),從對(duì)歷史街區(qū)原本存在的產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值分析入手,分解歷史街區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值的構(gòu)成,初步確定需要考慮到的主要指標(biāo)。以此為基礎(chǔ),基于指標(biāo)選取原則,結(jié)合專家和學(xué)者的意見,采用層次分析法、模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法等方法,構(gòu)建了一個(gè)包括6個(gè)準(zhǔn)則層指標(biāo),27個(gè)指標(biāo)層指標(biāo)的城市歷史街區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系�；趯�(duì)各指標(biāo)的明確定義,標(biāo)識(shí)重要程度,劃定2到5分的評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn),構(gòu)建歷史街區(qū)價(jià)值體系評(píng)估表。根據(jù)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系和評(píng)估表,制定城市歷史街區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值評(píng)估方法,給出具體步驟。并以蘇州五大歷史街區(qū)做實(shí)證分析,對(duì)五大歷史街區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值做綜合的定量比較,并對(duì)各歷史街區(qū)的各個(gè)不同產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行定量分析,區(qū)分產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀。最后,對(duì)各歷史街區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)和業(yè)態(tài)選擇給出了建議,為歷史街區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)決策咨詢和產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:At present, the research on the industry choice of historical district mainly solves the problem from the angle of planning, emphasizing on the choice of business form.Or from the point of view of material space, seek the reasonable demand of spatial distribution.These studies focus on planning layout and ignore the possibility that decision-makers pay attention to solving problems from the angle of industry. This paper intends to study the industrial value of historical blocks from the perspective of industry.The main methods selected in this paper are literature research, interdisciplinary research and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on AHP.First, through the literature research, synthetically summarizes the predecessor's academic research achievement as well as the foreign successful development historical district case experience, starts from the historical district originally exists the industry value analysis, decomposes the historical district industry value constitution.Identify the main indicators that need to be taken into account.On this basis, based on the principle of index selection and the opinions of experts and scholars, AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods are adopted.This paper constructs an index system of industrial value evaluation in urban historic blocks, which includes 6 index levels and 27 index levels.Based on the clear definition of each index, marking the important degree, delimiting the scoring standard of 2 to 5 points, constructing the evaluation table of the historical district value system.According to the evaluation index system and evaluation table, the industrial value evaluation method of urban historic blocks is established and the concrete steps are given.Taking the five historical blocks of Suzhou as an empirical analysis, this paper makes a comprehensive quantitative comparison of the industrial value of the five historical blocks, and makes quantitative analysis of the different industries in each historical district, and distinguishes the present situation of the industries.Finally, the paper gives some suggestions on the choice of industry and industry form of each historical district, which provides the basis for industry decision consultation and industry choice in historical district.
