【摘要】：中國如何充分利用建設(shè)絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇,與絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶沿線主要國家開展產(chǎn)業(yè)分工與合作,并構(gòu)建由中國主導(dǎo)的制造業(yè)全球價值鏈,是一個亟待研究的課題。文章借鑒Yeats(2001)的方法,根據(jù)聯(lián)合國COMTRADE數(shù)據(jù)庫BEC分類法下的中間產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易數(shù)據(jù),計(jì)算得到了"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶"沿線38個國家的全球價值鏈嵌入度,并運(yùn)用面板數(shù)據(jù)模型實(shí)證研究了全球價值鏈分工下制度質(zhì)量對"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶"國家經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):制度質(zhì)量和嵌入全球價值鏈對"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶"沿線國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長有著顯著促進(jìn)作用,其中關(guān)鍵影響因素是經(jīng)濟(jì)制度質(zhì)量。因此,"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶"沿線國家應(yīng)在積極融入全球價值鏈國際分工體系的同時,著力完善制度質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:How to make full use of the construction of China Silk Road Economic Belt strategic opportunities, to carry out the industrial division of labor and cooperation with key countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt, and construct the manufacturing industry by China leading global value chain, is an urgent research topic. Based on the Yeats (2001) method, according to the intermediate product trade data UN COMTRADE database BEC classification method, calculated the Silk Road Economic Belt "along the 38 countries in the global value chain block penetration, and uses panel data model to empirically study the impact of institutional quality on the global value chain" Silk Road Economic Belt "of the national economic growth. The study shows that institutional quality and embedded in global value chain" has a significant promoting effect on the Silk Road Economic Belt along the country's economic growth, the key factor is the economic quality of the system. Therefore, the "Silk Road Economic Zone along The state should strive to improve the quality of the system while actively integrating the global value chain international division of labor system.
