【摘要】：本文首先嘗試構(gòu)建一個(gè)二階益貧式增長(zhǎng)的絕對(duì)與相對(duì)同步測(cè)定函數(shù);所謂二階益貧式增長(zhǎng),是指相較整個(gè)窮人群體、更關(guān)注"窮人中的窮人"的增長(zhǎng),而同步測(cè)定通過(guò)將絕對(duì)益貧與相對(duì)益貧相結(jié)合,恰好能夠彌補(bǔ)二者各自的缺陷。其次,本文對(duì)該函數(shù)所具備的優(yōu)良屬性進(jìn)行證明。最后,運(yùn)用所構(gòu)建的函數(shù)對(duì)中國(guó)及其各省市的益貧式增長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行測(cè)定,并將測(cè)定結(jié)果與相對(duì)益貧式增長(zhǎng)的結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),中國(guó)及各省市的農(nóng)村與城鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)在大部分年份均未實(shí)現(xiàn)二階同步益貧,且實(shí)現(xiàn)同步益貧的會(huì)被測(cè)定為實(shí)現(xiàn)相對(duì)益貧,反之則不成立;與相對(duì)測(cè)定函數(shù)相比,同步測(cè)定函數(shù)不僅更加嚴(yán)格,也更能反映益貧情況的波動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:This paper first attempts to construct an absolute and relative synchronal measurement function of second-order growth, which refers to the growth of the "poor among the poor", which is more concerned with than the whole group of poor people. By combining absolute and relative poverty, synchronous measurement can make up for their respective defects. Secondly, this paper proves the excellent properties of the function. This paper uses the function to measure the growth of China and its provinces and cities, and compares the results with the results of the relatively poor growth. In most years, the rural and urban areas of China and other provinces and cities have not realized the second-order synchronous poverty, and the realization of synchronous poverty will be measured as the realization of relative poverty, otherwise, it will not hold; compared with the relative measurement function, Synchronous measurement functions are not only more rigorous, but also more reflective of fluctuations in poverty.
