【摘要】：奧巴馬政府先后頒布的三版《美國創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略》,在推動美國創(chuàng)新經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方面發(fā)揮了重要作用。通過研究奧巴馬政府三版創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略的具體內(nèi)容,分析其在戰(zhàn)略目標、戰(zhàn)略重點、戰(zhàn)略布局等方面的主要特點和演變趨勢,并結(jié)合中國創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出美國創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略對中國的啟示。
[Abstract]:The third edition of the American Innovation Strategy promulgated successively by the Obama administration has played an important role in promoting the development of the innovative economy in the United States. By studying the specific contents of the three-edition innovation strategy of the Obama administration, the paper analyzes its strategic objectives and key points. The main characteristics and evolution trend of the strategic layout, and combined with the development of China's innovation strategic planning, this paper puts forward the enlightenment of American innovation strategy to China.
