【摘要】：技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理在我國(guó)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境中愈發(fā)重要,作為一個(gè)多學(xué)科領(lǐng)域,目前其研究主題多,期刊、學(xué)者、機(jī)構(gòu)的排名變化快,研究熱點(diǎn)也不明朗。為此,論文首先結(jié)合引文分析法和期刊的出版年齡、期刊自引和出版頻率,確定期刊綜合得分及頂級(jí)期刊,進(jìn)而分析領(lǐng)域現(xiàn)狀;然后根據(jù)每位學(xué)者的發(fā)文數(shù)量、署名順序和所發(fā)期刊得分,計(jì)算國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者和機(jī)構(gòu)的貢獻(xiàn)指數(shù)并對(duì)比分布特點(diǎn);最后分析國(guó)內(nèi)外研究熱點(diǎn)及其區(qū)別,并確定國(guó)內(nèi)外每個(gè)熱點(diǎn)子領(lǐng)域的領(lǐng)先學(xué)者和機(jī)構(gòu)。研究對(duì)比了國(guó)內(nèi)外的相關(guān)排名和研究熱點(diǎn),為我國(guó)學(xué)者的研究提供參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:Technological innovation management is becoming more and more important in the strategic environment of innovation-driven development in China. As a multi-disciplinary field, it has many research topics at present. The ranking of journals, scholars and institutions changes rapidly, and the research hot spots are not clear. This paper firstly determines the comprehensive score and the top level of periodicals by combining the analysis of citation and the publication age of journals, the self-citation and the frequency of publication of periodicals, and then analyzes the present situation of the field, and then according to the number of papers issued by each scholar, The contribution index of scholars and institutions at home and abroad is calculated and the distribution characteristics are compared. Finally, the research hotspots at home and abroad and their differences are analyzed. It also determines the leading scholars and institutions in each hot spot sub-field at home and abroad. The research compares the domestic and foreign related rankings and research hot spots to provide a reference for the research of Chinese scholars.
