【摘要】：全球化的演進(jìn)在推動(dòng)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的同時(shí),也造成了全球發(fā)展失衡加劇、貧富差距和分配不公增大、國(guó)內(nèi)社會(huì)矛盾和治理危機(jī)上升、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)全球化加重等問(wèn)題。特別是隨著新科技革命的發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的加速,全球化的基本內(nèi)涵、發(fā)展動(dòng)力、聚焦點(diǎn)及治理體系都在發(fā)生新的變化,全球化正處于新的深化調(diào)整進(jìn)程中。全球化發(fā)展的失衡及其負(fù)面效應(yīng)不僅助推了民粹主義的全球性復(fù)興和轉(zhuǎn)向,而且給世界政治秩序帶來(lái)許多新的不確定性因素。為此,中國(guó)應(yīng)當(dāng)通過(guò)推進(jìn)國(guó)家治理現(xiàn)代化、構(gòu)建新型全球化、推動(dòng)全球治理變革等戰(zhàn)略安排,積極增擴(kuò)全球化深化之利,避免民粹主義極端化之害。
[Abstract]:The evolution of globalization, while promoting global economic and social development, has also resulted in an increase in global development imbalances, an increase in inequality between the rich and the poor, and an increase in domestic social contradictions and governance crises, In particular, with the development of the new scientific and technological revolution and the acceleration of economic integration, new changes are taking place in the basic connotation, development power, focus and governance system of globalization. Globalization is undergoing a new process of deepening adjustment. The imbalance in the development of globalization and its negative effects not only contributed to the global renaissance and turn of populism, but also brought many new uncertainties to the world political order. China should actively expand the benefits of globalization and avoid the harm of populist extremism by promoting the modernization of national governance, building a new type of globalization and promoting the global governance reform and other strategic arrangements.
