【摘要】：1971年2月10日(農(nóng)歷正月初五)是中國(guó)與尼日利亞開(kāi)始建交的時(shí)間,2017年是中國(guó)與尼日利亞建交的46周年。尼日利亞的人口在非洲是最多的,其中總?cè)丝?1.73億�？梢哉嫉椒侵蘅�?cè)丝诘?6.7%。尼日利亞的人口是非洲最多的,是非洲的第一大人口國(guó),同時(shí),尼日利亞是非洲的礦產(chǎn)能源和石油資源大國(guó),也是是非洲第一大的石油生產(chǎn)國(guó)和石油出口大國(guó)。截止2014年已探明石油資源儲(chǔ)量位居非洲第二位、世界第十位;已探明天然氣儲(chǔ)量居非洲第一、世界第八;中國(guó)也是能源進(jìn)口大國(guó),特別是對(duì)石油資源。所以中國(guó)與尼日利亞在原油資源達(dá)成了合作。并且雙方也在加大對(duì)石油資源的合作與投資。本文分析主要采用了文獻(xiàn)參考的方法,并且參考其他人員的研究報(bào)告,網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源以及中國(guó)政府網(wǎng)站等相關(guān)資源進(jìn)行分析。對(duì)中國(guó)與尼日利亞的石油貿(mào)易的發(fā)展進(jìn)行歸納和整理,為了進(jìn)一步探討有關(guān)中國(guó)與尼日利亞石油貿(mào)易發(fā)展存在的問(wèn)題,學(xué)習(xí)參考相關(guān)資料,并將這些資料進(jìn)行分類(lèi)整理,增加知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備量,以尋求分析這一問(wèn)題時(shí)有更明確的立足點(diǎn)。除此之外,還采用了定性的分析法,通過(guò)對(duì)比分析中國(guó)與尼日利亞石油貿(mào)易數(shù)據(jù),提出對(duì)中國(guó)和尼日利亞在以后的石油貿(mào)易發(fā)展中的合理建議。論文第一章為緒論,第二章為中尼兩國(guó)石油現(xiàn)狀的分析,主要從尼日利亞的石油資源儲(chǔ)備情況以及石油開(kāi)采的情況,尼日利亞石油資源對(duì)外出口以及進(jìn)口的現(xiàn)狀,中國(guó)的石油儲(chǔ)備情況,開(kāi)采情況以及中國(guó)石油的進(jìn)口以及出口情況。第三章為中尼兩國(guó)的石油貿(mào)易合作的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,一是中尼兩國(guó)貿(mào)易發(fā)展合作的形式,二是對(duì)中尼兩國(guó)在石油資源貿(mào)易的投資形式進(jìn)行分析。第四章為中尼兩國(guó)石油貿(mào)易發(fā)展中存在優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì),主要從中國(guó)在石油貿(mào)易方面的優(yōu)勢(shì),尼日利亞在石油貿(mào)易方面的優(yōu)勢(shì),以及兩國(guó)共有的基礎(chǔ)上的優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析總結(jié),然后對(duì)中尼兩國(guó)石油貿(mào)易方面的劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析整理總結(jié)。第五章是對(duì)第四章中尼兩國(guó)在石油貿(mào)易合作中的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的分析總結(jié)后提出增強(qiáng)中尼石油貿(mào)易活動(dòng)有效性的建議;主要分為兩個(gè)部分,一是尼日利亞的國(guó)內(nèi)因素,要維護(hù)國(guó)家的和平穩(wěn)定,二是政府之間的相互合作。本文通過(guò)對(duì)兩國(guó)石油貿(mào)易現(xiàn)狀的分析,找出目前合作發(fā)展的模式,其中遇到的問(wèn)題,以及后來(lái)如何擴(kuò)大雙方在石油貿(mào)易之中的合作。在分析中尋找到對(duì)于中國(guó)和尼日利亞兩國(guó)在能源上的互補(bǔ)性以及拓展其他相關(guān)的貿(mào)易合作提供合理化的建議。
[Abstract]:February 10, 1971 (the fifth day of the first lunar month) marks the beginning of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Nigeria, and 2017 marks the 46th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Nigeria, which has the largest population in Africa. Nigeria has the largest population in Africa, the largest in Africa, and Nigeria is the largest country in Africa in terms of mineral energy and oil resources. It is also the largest oil producer and the largest oil exporter in Africa. By 2014, it had ranked second in Africa and 10th in the world, with proven natural gas reserves ranking first in Africa and eighth in the world. China is also a major importer of energy, especially for oil resources. So China and Nigeria have reached cooperation in crude oil resources, and both sides are also increasing cooperation and investment in petroleum resources. And referring to other personnel's research reports, network resources, and related resources such as the Chinese government website, etc., to sum up and sort out the development of oil trade between China and Nigeria. In order to further explore the problems existing in the development of oil trade between China and Nigeria, we should study the relevant materials and sort them out in order to increase the amount of knowledge reserves. In order to seek a clearer foothold in the analysis of this issue, a qualitative analysis method was also used to compare and analyze the oil trade data between China and Nigeria. The first chapter is the introduction, the second chapter is the analysis of the oil situation between China and Nigeria. Mainly from the situation of Nigeria's oil reserves and oil extraction, the current situation of Nigeria's oil resources exports and imports, and the situation of China's oil reserves. The situation of exploitation and the import and export of Chinese oil. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the oil trade cooperation between China and Nepal. One is the form of Sino-Nepalese trade and development cooperation. The fourth chapter is about the advantages and disadvantages in the development of oil trade between China and Nepal, mainly from the advantages of China in oil trade. Nigeria's advantages in oil trade, as well as the advantages shared by the two countries, are analyzed and summarized. The fifth chapter is to analyze and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of China and Nepal in oil trade cooperation, and then put forward to strengthen the oil trade between China and Nepal. Recommendations on the effectiveness of easy activities; It is mainly divided into two parts, one is the domestic factors of Nigeria, to maintain the peace and stability of the country, the other is the mutual cooperation between the governments. This paper, through the analysis of the present situation of the oil trade between the two countries, finds out the current mode of cooperation and development. The problems encountered, and the subsequent expansion of bilateral cooperation in the oil trade. In the analysis of the two countries to find ways to rationalize the energy complementarity between China and Nigeria, as well as expand other related trade cooperation.
