【摘要】：社群經(jīng)濟(jì)作為一種綜合性經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展模式,已成為促進(jìn)農(nóng)村和偏遠(yuǎn)落后地區(qū)發(fā)展的一種重要手段。本文結(jié)合相關(guān)理論研究和典型實(shí)踐,從社群經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式在產(chǎn)業(yè)中的應(yīng)用視角討論了社群經(jīng)濟(jì)的類型,認(rèn)為目前影響廣泛且被單獨(dú)予以研究的社群經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)類型主要有社群旅游、社群林業(yè)和社群金融三種。社群旅游利用社群經(jīng)濟(jì)模式來(lái)配置社群所擁有的旅游資源,社群成員不但可以參與旅游資源的開(kāi)發(fā)和管理,還能分享其帶來(lái)的收益;社群林業(yè)是將社群經(jīng)濟(jì)模式應(yīng)用于森林資源開(kāi)發(fā)和管理的一種發(fā)展形式,它不僅能有效解決本地居民的生計(jì)問(wèn)題,還能減輕政府在森林及農(nóng)村環(huán)境保護(hù)方面的負(fù)擔(dān);社群經(jīng)濟(jì)模式應(yīng)用于金融領(lǐng)域所形成的社群金融,致力于解決落后地區(qū)金融服務(wù)有效供給不足問(wèn)題,是推進(jìn)普惠金融發(fā)展的重要手段。
[Abstract]:As a comprehensive economic and social development model, community economy has become an important means to promote the development of rural and remote backward areas. This paper discusses the types of social economy from the perspective of the application of social economic development model in industry. There are three kinds of community forestry and community finance. Community tourism uses community economic model to allocate the tourism resources owned by the community. Community members can not only participate in the development and management of tourism resources, but also share the benefits they bring. Community forestry is a development form of applying community economy model to forest resource development and management. It can not only effectively solve the livelihood problems of local residents, but also lighten the burden on the government in forest and rural environmental protection. The social economy model is an important means to promote the development of inclusive finance, which is formed in the field of finance and is devoted to solving the problem of undersupply of financial services in backward areas.
