【摘要】："一帶一路"建設(shè)是一項(xiàng)龐大而非常復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,涉及國內(nèi)外方方面面的利益和關(guān)系,面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和挑戰(zhàn)不容忽視,應(yīng)及早識(shí)別和分析"一帶一路"可能出現(xiàn)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、隱患和沖突,直面和化解"一帶一路"可能出現(xiàn)的挑戰(zhàn)、矛盾和困難,借鑒世界歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),才能為"一帶一路"建設(shè)持續(xù)前行保駕護(hù)航。"一帶一路"建設(shè)還需繼續(xù)加大頂層設(shè)計(jì),積極構(gòu)建組織保障機(jī)制,通過戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃和行動(dòng)計(jì)劃不斷推向深入。
[Abstract]:The construction of "Belt and Road" is a huge and very complex systematic project, which involves the interests and relationships of all aspects at home and abroad. The risks and challenges we face should not be ignored, so we should identify and analyze the risks that may appear in "Belt and Road" as soon as possible. To face and resolve the challenges, contradictions and difficulties that may arise from "Belt and Road," and draw lessons from the world's historical experience. Only then can we guarantee the construction of "Belt and Road" continuously. The construction of "Belt and Road" should continue to increase the top-level design, actively construct the organization guarantee mechanism, and push forward through the strategic planning and action plan.
