【摘要】：針對(duì)最近一個(gè)時(shí)期來(lái)逆全球化的思潮和改革碰到的阻力,有必要總結(jié)我國(guó)改革開放近40年的若干成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)以應(yīng)對(duì)。以開放促進(jìn)改革,就是這樣一個(gè)成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)的重要組成部分。設(shè)立經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū)、引進(jìn)外資、加入WTO、滬港通、上海自貿(mào)區(qū)試點(diǎn)、"一帶一路"建設(shè)等等,都是開放促改革的經(jīng)典性案例,其中一些案例還體現(xiàn)出"開放也是改革"的特性�？偨Y(jié)這些成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),有助于我們今天探索有效落實(shí)改革舉措和進(jìn)一步有序開放的新思路。
[Abstract]:In view of the trend of thought against globalization in the recent period and the resistance encountered by the reform, it is necessary to sum up some successful experiences of China's reform and opening up in the past 40 years in order to deal with it and to promote reform by opening up to the outside world. This is an important component of such a successful experience. The establishment of special economic zones, the introduction of foreign capital, the entry of WTO, the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect, the Shanghai Free Trade Zone pilot project, the construction of "Belt and Road", and so on are all classic cases of opening up and promoting reform. Some of these cases also reflect the characteristics of "opening up is also reform". Summarizing these successful experiences will help us explore new ideas for effective implementation of reform measures and further orderly opening up today.
