【摘要】：摘要：長沙經(jīng)開區(qū)經(jīng)過二十幾年的發(fā)展,正處在由單一工業(yè)區(qū)向綜合新城轉(zhuǎn)變的重要時期,在產(chǎn)業(yè)、空間、社會發(fā)展等方面面臨著相應(yīng)的問題。而目前國內(nèi)學(xué)者對于開發(fā)區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)型的整體發(fā)展策略研究還比較少。基于此,本文從共生思想的視角出發(fā),對長沙經(jīng)開區(qū)的發(fā)展策略進(jìn)行了研究。 文章首先分析了共生思想的內(nèi)涵及其對開發(fā)區(qū)發(fā)展領(lǐng)域的啟示。隨后闡述了開發(fā)區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)型面臨的挑戰(zhàn)、發(fā)展趨勢以及國內(nèi)開發(fā)區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)型成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。接著對長沙經(jīng)開區(qū)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行SWOT分析�；谝陨戏治�,最后提出了長沙經(jīng)開區(qū)發(fā)展的共生策略。 本文將共生思想引入長沙經(jīng)開區(qū)的發(fā)展當(dāng)中,構(gòu)建了長沙經(jīng)開區(qū)的發(fā)展策略體系,為人們研究開發(fā)區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展提供了一個新的視角,彌補(bǔ)了開發(fā)區(qū)在指導(dǎo)思想方面的研究較少的缺憾。針對開發(fā)區(qū)發(fā)展過程中存在的對立關(guān)系,筆者提出了開發(fā)區(qū)應(yīng)處理好工業(yè)與服務(wù)業(yè)、龍頭企業(yè)與中小企業(yè)、經(jīng)濟(jì)功能與公共服務(wù)功能、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與環(huán)境保護(hù)、工業(yè)片區(qū)與其他片區(qū)、開發(fā)區(qū)空間與城市空間等關(guān)系,涵蓋了產(chǎn)業(yè)、功能、生態(tài)環(huán)境以及空間四個層面的共生關(guān)系。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了相應(yīng)的策略,以期為長沙經(jīng)開區(qū)的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展提供新的思路。圖45幅,表9個,參考文獻(xiàn)50篇
[Abstract]:Abstract: after more than 20 years' development, Changsha Jingkai District is in an important period of transition from a single industrial zone to a comprehensive new town, in industry and space. Social development and other aspects are facing the corresponding problems. At present, there are few researches on the overall development strategy of the transformation of the development zone by domestic scholars. Based on this, this paper starts from the perspective of symbiosis. The development strategy of Changsha Jingkai District is studied. This paper first analyzes the connotation of symbiosis and its implications for the development of the development zone, and then expounds the challenges facing the transformation of the development zone. The development trend and the successful experience of the domestic development zone are used for reference. Then the development status of Changsha Jingkai district is analyzed by SWOT. Based on the above analysis, the symbiotic strategy of Changsha economic development area is put forward. This paper introduces the symbiotic thought into the development of Changsha Jingkai District, and constructs the development strategy system of Changsha Jingkai District, which provides a new perspective for people to study the transformation and development of the Development Zone. It makes up for the lack of research on the guiding ideology of the development zone. In view of the antagonistic relationship existing in the development process of the development zone, the author puts forward that the development zone should deal well with industry and service industry, leading enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises. The relationships between economic function and public service function, industrial development and environmental protection, industrial area and other areas, development zone space and urban space cover industry and function. Based on the symbiosis relationship between ecological environment and space, the corresponding strategies are put forward in order to provide a new way of thinking for the transformation and development of Changsha economic district. 45 figures, 9 tables and 50 refs.
