【摘要】：基于中國(guó)社會(huì)保障支出規(guī)模與結(jié)構(gòu)視角,引用31個(gè)省份1997—2014年相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建動(dòng)態(tài)面板模型,采用系統(tǒng)GMM估計(jì)方法分析社會(huì)保障支出規(guī)模和結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),考察期內(nèi)城鄉(xiāng)收入差距在逐漸變小,并且存在路徑依賴(lài)性,東中西部地區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)收入差距依次遞增。中國(guó)社會(huì)保障支出縮小了城鄉(xiāng)收入差距,在非線(xiàn)性條件下社會(huì)保障支出與城鄉(xiāng)收入差距呈現(xiàn)"U"型變動(dòng)關(guān)系。東部和中部地區(qū)社會(huì)保障支出對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)收入差距具有抑制作用。從社會(huì)保障支出結(jié)構(gòu)來(lái)看,社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)支出縮小了城鄉(xiāng)收入差距,而社會(huì)優(yōu)撫支出擴(kuò)大了城鄉(xiāng)收入差距,其他項(xiàng)目支出對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的影響不明顯。控制變量中城鎮(zhèn)化率是影響城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的重要因素,具有顯著的抑制作用。
[Abstract]:China social security expenditure scale and structure perspective based on the reference of 31 provinces from 1997 to 2014, the relevant data, build dynamic panel model, using the system GMM method to analyze the effect of social security expenditure scale and structure on the income gap between urban and rural areas is estimated. It is found that the inner city rural income gap is gradually become smaller, and there is path dependence. The urban-rural income gap between the eastern and western regions increased. Chinese social security expenditure reduced the income gap between urban and rural areas, showing "U" type under the condition of nonlinear social security expenditure and income gap between urban and rural social security. In the eastern and central regions of expenditure has an inhibitory effect on the income gap between urban and rural areas. From the social security expenditure, social security expenditure reduction the income gap between urban and rural areas, and social expenditures to expand the income gap between urban and rural areas, affecting other project expenditure on income gap between urban and rural areas It is not obvious that the urbanization rate in the control variables is an important factor affecting the income gap between urban and rural areas, and has a significant inhibitory effect.
