【摘要】：改革開放迄今為止,已有36年的歷史,我國經(jīng)濟社會面貌經(jīng)歷了翻天覆地的變化：經(jīng)濟持續(xù)快速大跨越發(fā)展,對外貿易總量不斷攀升,經(jīng)濟結構得到改善和優(yōu)化,改革開放成果顯著。在這期間,經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展引起我國需求結構發(fā)生改變,產業(yè)結構得到優(yōu)化,就業(yè)規(guī)模持續(xù)擴大,城鄉(xiāng)居民收入水平得到顯著提高,但是收入分配格局也在不斷變化,高低收入群體之間的差距愈來愈大。城鄉(xiāng)之間、區(qū)域之間、行業(yè)之間等收入差距的擴大嚴重影響了我國經(jīng)濟的全面發(fā)展,全面小康社會目標的實現(xiàn)。因此,研究和探討我國收入分配存在的問題,如何在經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展的同時解決收入分配問題就變得尤其重要。經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展離不開產業(yè)結構的調整,這是我國經(jīng)濟運行的核心問題,產業(yè)結構升級又勢在必行。那么產業(yè)結構升級對我國居民收入分配到底有怎樣的影響?影響到底有多大?如何通過產業(yè)結構的升級改變現(xiàn)有的收入分配格局?如何通過產業(yè)調整增加居民收入?這是本文研究的重點。本文首先對國內外學者有關收入分配的研究成果進行總結,歸納國內外有關收入分配的主要理論,在理論上分析產業(yè)結構升級與收入分配的關系。其次,對我國產業(yè)結構的現(xiàn)狀進行了歸納和對比分析,從城鄉(xiāng)居民收入、區(qū)域居民收入、行業(yè)收入三個方面分析我國收入分配存在的問題。再次,整理了1978年-2012年間的相關數(shù)據(jù),從城鄉(xiāng)居民收入方面研究產業(yè)結構升級和收入分配的內在關系。在實證檢驗兩者之間的關系之后,進一步分析第一產業(yè)、第二產業(yè)、第三產業(yè)對居民收入的具體影響。構建VAR模型進行實證分析,檢驗結果表明：我國的產業(yè)結構和收入差距之間協(xié)整關系長期存在并穩(wěn)定,產業(yè)結構是城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的Granger原因,第二產業(yè)、第三產業(yè)與城鄉(xiāng)收入差距正相關,第一產業(yè)與城鄉(xiāng)收入差距負相關;三大產業(yè)產值與城鎮(zhèn)居民收入、農村居民收入均存在長期穩(wěn)定的協(xié)整關系,第二產業(yè)、第三產業(yè)均是城鎮(zhèn)居民收入、農村居民收入的Granger原因,第二產業(yè)產值的增加會提升城鎮(zhèn)居民、農村居民的收入,第三產業(yè)產值增加會降低城鎮(zhèn)居民、農村居民的收入。產業(yè)結構的不合理造成農村居民收入差距持續(xù)擴大的問題亟待解決,所以需要從消除二元經(jīng)濟結構、優(yōu)化第一產業(yè)、穩(wěn)固第二產業(yè)、推進第三產業(yè)等方面著手解決,以此降低收入差距過大對經(jīng)濟和社會的不利影響。
[Abstract]:The reform and opening up to date has a history of 36 years. Our country's economic and social outlook has undergone earth-shaking changes: the economy continues to develop rapidly and rapidly, the total volume of foreign trade continues to climb, and the economic structure is improved and optimized. During this period, economic development led to changes in the structure of China's demand, optimization of the industrial structure, continued expansion of the employment scale, and a marked increase in the income level of urban and rural residents. However, the pattern of income distribution is also constantly changing, and the gap between high and low income groups is increasing. The widening of income gap between urban and rural areas, regions and industries has seriously affected the overall economic development of our country. Therefore, it is very important to study and discuss the existing problems of income distribution in our country, how to solve the problem of income distribution at the same time of rapid economic development, the economic development can not be separated from the adjustment of industrial structure. This is the core problem of China's economic operation, and the upgrading of industrial structure is imperative. How does the upgrading of industrial structure affect the income distribution of Chinese residents? How big is the impact? How to change the existing pattern of income distribution through the upgrading of industrial structure? How to increase residents' income through industrial adjustment? This is the focus of this paper. Firstly, this paper summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on income distribution, summarizes the main theories of income distribution at home and abroad, and theoretically analyzes the relationship between industrial structure upgrading and income distribution. This paper sums up and compares the present situation of China's industrial structure, analyzes the existing problems of income distribution in China from three aspects: urban and rural residents' income, regional residents' income and industry income. Thirdly, it collates the relevant data from 1978 to 2012. From the aspect of income of urban and rural residents, this paper studies the intrinsic relationship between the upgrading of industrial structure and income distribution. After the empirical test of the relationship between the two, further analysis of the primary industry, secondary industry, The empirical analysis of VAR model shows that the cointegration relationship between industrial structure and income gap exists and is stable, and the industrial structure is the Granger cause of income gap between urban and rural areas. The secondary industry, the tertiary industry and the urban-rural income gap are positively correlated, the primary industry is negatively correlated with the urban-rural income gap, the output value of the three major industries has a long-term and stable co-integration relationship with the income of urban residents and the income of rural residents, and the secondary industry, The tertiary industry is the Granger reason for the income of urban residents and rural residents. The increase in the output value of the secondary industry will enhance the income of urban residents, the income of rural residents, and the increase of output value of the tertiary industry will reduce the urban residents. The income of rural residents and the unreasonable industrial structure cause the income gap of rural residents to continue to expand. Therefore, it is necessary to eliminate the dual economic structure, optimize the primary industry, and stabilize the secondary industry. Promote the third industry and other aspects to solve, so as to reduce the income gap is too large on the economic and social adverse impact.
