淺談生態(tài)消費

【摘要】:人類社會的發(fā)展是一個文明替代另一個文明的過程,而不同的文明孕育了不同的生產方式和消費方式。原始社會、農業(yè)社會、工業(yè)社會都有著與其生產生活方式相適應的消費方式,隨著社會經濟的不斷發(fā)展,生態(tài)消費方式伴隨著生態(tài)文明時代的到來而到來。無論是從消費的角度研究生態(tài),還是從生態(tài)的角度探究消費,都是一個全新的視角,在當今社會,消費比以往任何時代都變得異常重要,不再只是生產決定消費,而更多的是有什么樣的消費就有什么樣的生產,也會產生什么樣的環(huán)境影響和生態(tài)變化,消費主導著一切,我們已經進入了一個消費引領社會的時代,而消費問題即是生態(tài)環(huán)境問題的核心,對此問題的研究將會對構建我國生態(tài)文明建設具有重要的理論和實踐意義。 第一部分,與本論文相關的概念。本論文先后解釋了消費的概念,消費與環(huán)境之間的關系,可持續(xù)消費、綠色消費、低碳消費等概念,又闡述了生態(tài)消費的基本特征如生態(tài)性、可持續(xù)性、全面性、無污染性等,將生態(tài)消費的出現做了一個脈絡分析。在農業(yè)文明時期人類習慣于勤儉節(jié)約的生活方式,工業(yè)文明時期,人類逐漸通過消費來表現自己,消費不再是原來單純的滿足自身生活必需品,而逐漸轉為展示自己的一種形式或者工具。所以,面對當前我們所處的環(huán)境,如何能將消費和生態(tài)很好的結合起來,是一個重要的課題。 第二部分,論述了倡導生態(tài)消費模式的理論背景與支撐。本文從馬克思生態(tài)消費觀、消費經濟學、生態(tài)倫理學、可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論等理論來支撐生態(tài)消費,并運用著名消費經濟學家尹世杰的相關理論:從生態(tài)需要著眼,以生態(tài)環(huán)境為依托,生態(tài)產業(yè)為基礎,生態(tài)文化為亮點,從這四方面來闡述生態(tài)消費的至關重要性,進而從主體生態(tài)觀、辯證生態(tài)觀角度來說明消費在生態(tài)觀中的作用;在實踐方面,生態(tài)消費對生態(tài)文明的建設,社會生產的生態(tài)化,人的多樣化發(fā)展等都有推動作用。 第三部分,在生態(tài)文明建設過程中,存在有益于生態(tài)文明的積極向上的方面,也有諸多不利于生態(tài)和諧的消費方式,我國發(fā)展生態(tài)消費面臨的挑戰(zhàn):消費主義盛行、消費升級帶來更大的生態(tài)壓力、制度缺失依然是發(fā)展生態(tài)消費的重大約束、生態(tài)消費品市場管理體制有待完善和規(guī)范。同時文章分析了在我國生態(tài)文明建設過程中存在不良消費方式的原因:中國傳統(tǒng)消費觀念的影響、西方消費主義帶給我國國民的消極影響,人們過于依賴科技而盲目樂觀的過度消費,忽視生態(tài)環(huán)境,企業(yè)粗放型的生產方式,大眾傳媒給消費者引向了一種錯誤的消費觀。 第四部分,論述了積極創(chuàng)建生態(tài)消費模式的基本思路和路徑選擇。主要從三大層面來分析:觀念意識層面、制度層面和科技層面。通過培養(yǎng)全民生態(tài)意識,樹立生態(tài)消費觀念,制定生態(tài)消費教育制度;健全環(huán)保執(zhí)法制度,將生態(tài)科學技術體系和生態(tài)產業(yè)聯系在一起,運用政府的力量引導大眾傳媒,進而影響民眾的消費抉擇。
[Abstract]:The development of human society is a process of civilization instead of a civilization, and different civilizations brought different ways of production and consumption. In primitive society, agricultural society, industrial society has its production and life style to adapt to the consumption pattern, with the continuous development of social economy, the ecological consumption mode with ecological the arrival of the era of civilization and arrival. It is the study of ecology from the consumer point of view, or from the ecological perspective of consumption, is a new perspective in today's society, consumption than in any previous era has become very important, not only production determines consumption, and more is what kind of consumption is what like the production, will produce what kind of environmental impact and ecological changes, consumption dominates everything, we have entered a consumption led society, while the consumption problem is the ecological environment At the core of the problem, the study of this problem will be of great theoretical and practical significance to the construction of ecological civilization in China.
The first part, the concept associated with this thesis. This thesis has explained the concept of consumption, the relationship between consumption and environment, sustainable consumption, green consumption, low-carbon consumption concept, and expounds the basic characteristics of ecological consumption such as ecological, sustainable, comprehensive, non pollution, ecological will appear the consumer made a contextual analysis. In the agriculture civilization of human in the habit of thrifty life style, during the period of industrial civilization, human beings gradually to express themselves through consumption, consumption is no longer the original meet the necessities of life, and gradually to show their form or tools. So, in the face of the us the environment, how can the ecological consumption and a very good combination, is an important issue.
The second part discusses the theoretical background and support advocacy of ecological consumption mode. This paper from the Marx ecological consumption concept, consumption economics, ecological ethics, sustainable development theory and other theories to support the ecological consumption, and the use of related famous economist Yin Shijie consumption theory: from the ecological need to focus, to the ecological environment based on ecological industry base, ecological and cultural highlights, to elaborate the importance of ecological consumption from these four aspects, and then from the main ecological concept and the ecological concept of dialectical perspective to illustrate the role of consumption in ecological view; in practice, the construction of ecological consumption of ecological civilization, ecological social production, people have to promote diversified development role.
The third part, in the process of the construction of ecological civilization, ecological civilization are beneficial to the positive aspects, there are many not conducive to harmonious ecological consumption, ecological consumption in our country is facing the development challenges: the prevalence of consumerism, consumption upgrade brings greater ecological pressure, lack of system is still a major constraint on the development of ecological consumption and ecological the consumer market management system needs to be improved and standardized. At the same time, this paper analyzes the reason of the poor consumption patterns in the process of ecological civilization construction in China: the impact of Chinese traditional consumption concept, western consumption bring negative influence of our national doctrine, people are too dependent on science and technology and the blind optimism of excessive consumption, ignoring the ecological environment, enterprise the extensive mode of production, the mass media to give consumers a wrong view of consumption.
The fourth part discusses the basic ideas and path to actively create ecological consumption patterns. Mainly from three aspects: the analysis of the level of consciousness, the system level and the level of science and technology. Through the cultivation of national ecological consciousness, establish the ecological consumption concept, develop the ecological consumption education system; perfect the environmental protection law enforcement system, the ecological system of science and technology and the ecological industry together, using the power of the government to guide the mass media, thereby affecting people's consumption choices.
