【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)是新的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展載體,是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的有力的助推器。作為國(guó)內(nèi)最大的民營(yíng)產(chǎn)業(yè)地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)運(yùn)營(yíng)商,LD公司不斷開(kāi)拓進(jìn)取,以科學(xué)方法開(kāi)發(fā)和運(yùn)營(yíng)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū),面向政府和企業(yè),不斷發(fā)展創(chuàng)新,積極打造經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展支持平臺(tái),助力區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。LD公司成立于1991年,從2002年開(kāi)始投身產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的建設(shè)與運(yùn)營(yíng),關(guān)注產(chǎn)業(yè)地產(chǎn)十余年,取得了顯著成績(jī),成為民營(yíng)產(chǎn)業(yè)地產(chǎn)首席開(kāi)發(fā)運(yùn)營(yíng)商,并獲得廣泛關(guān)注。本文以LD公司產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略制定為研究重點(diǎn),分析和研究LD公司產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和未來(lái)發(fā)展方向。同時(shí)基于戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)理論,指出了研究背景、研究意義、研究思路與方法等。運(yùn)用PEST和SWOT戰(zhàn)略管理理論,對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行深入分析,制定符合LD公司自身特色的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和戰(zhàn)略選擇,提出在品牌塑造、產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)、招商引資、運(yùn)營(yíng)服務(wù)和人才培養(yǎng)方面進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略管理,通過(guò)有效的戰(zhàn)略保障措施,保證戰(zhàn)略能夠落地執(zhí)行,真正構(gòu)建符合LD公司特點(diǎn)的、可持續(xù)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。在產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的大的背景下,本文對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究來(lái)說(shuō)具有積極意義,為產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)在發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略選擇和戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施等方面都提供了更全面的參考,也為國(guó)內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定提出有指導(dǎo)意義的思路與方法。
[Abstract]:Industrial Park is a new carrier of industrial development and a powerful booster for economic development. Facing the government and the enterprise, continuously developing and innovating, actively creating the economic development support platform, helping the regional economic development. LD company was established in 1991. Since 2002, it has devoted itself to the construction and operation of the industrial park, paying close attention to the industrial and real estate industry for more than 10 years. Has made remarkable achievement, becomes the private industry real estate chief development operator, and obtains the widespread attention. This article takes the LD company industrial park development strategy formulation as the research emphases, Based on the theory of strategic management, the paper points out the research background, research significance, research ideas and methods, and applies PEST and SWOT strategic management theory. The external and internal environment of the industrial park are deeply analyzed, and the strategic objectives and strategic choices that conform to LD company's own characteristics are formulated, and it is proposed that brand building, product development, investment promotion, In the aspect of operation, service and personnel training, we should carry out strategic management, ensure that the strategy can be implemented on the ground, and build a sustainable development strategy in line with the characteristics of LD Company. Under the background of industrial upgrading, This paper is of positive significance to the study of the development strategy of the industrial park, and provides a more comprehensive reference for the development strategy choice and implementation of the industrial park. It also provides guiding ideas and methods for the development strategy of domestic industrial parks.
