【摘要】：收入分配決定了一個國家能否保持和諧穩(wěn)定、長治久安。我國處于經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的重要時期，出現(xiàn)了收入分配不公、貧富差距拉大等一系列問題。這些問題極易引發(fā)社會矛盾，并由此關(guān)系到經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展和社會的長久穩(wěn)定。 近年來，國家政府相繼出臺了一系列政策用于調(diào)整收入分配格局，學(xué)術(shù)界對于收入分配問題的探討也從未間斷，越來越多的學(xué)者直接著眼于收入的分布形態(tài)、關(guān)注各收入群體規(guī)模的測度及變動、更為形象直觀地考察收入分配格局的演變。本文即綜合借鑒國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有研究成果，設(shè)計(jì)了一種反映收入群體異質(zhì)性的半?yún)?shù)混合分布測度方法來刻畫我國收入分布變動趨勢，在此基礎(chǔ)上提出使用-分位點(diǎn)來對低、中、高收入群體進(jìn)行界定，，測算各群體規(guī)模變動并基于Shapley分解原則對變動進(jìn)行因素解構(gòu)，了解群體規(guī)模變動過程中各群體間的相互作用。 通過使用1993~2011年CHNS住戶調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究，結(jié)果表明，混合分布模型能夠有效描述居民收入分布的多峰特征且具有較好的擬合效果；城鄉(xiāng)收入群體規(guī)模變動效應(yīng)大體一致，低收入群體內(nèi)部收入的增長可促進(jìn)自身規(guī)模的縮小及其他群體規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大，中收入群體內(nèi)部收入的增長同樣有助于低收入群體規(guī)模的縮小，同時還可促進(jìn)中低收入群體規(guī)模的縮小和自身規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大，高收入群體內(nèi)部收入水平的上升則更多地導(dǎo)致其自身規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大，此外，各群體內(nèi)收入分配差距的擴(kuò)大多會阻礙“橄欖型”格局的形成；城鄉(xiāng)收入群體規(guī)模變動效應(yīng)的差異則僅體現(xiàn)在少數(shù)個別作用的方向或效果的相對強(qiáng)弱上。
[Abstract]:Income distribution determines whether a country can maintain harmony, stability and long-term stability. China is in an important period of economic transformation, and a series of problems, such as unfair income distribution and widening gap between the rich and the poor, have emerged. These problems can easily lead to social contradictions. And this relates to the sustained development of the economy and social stability for a long time. In recent years, the national government has issued a series of policies to adjust the pattern of income distribution. Pay attention to the measurement and change of the scale of each income group, investigate the evolution of income distribution pattern more vividly and intuitively. This paper designs a semi-parametric mixed distribution measure method reflecting the heterogeneity of income groups to describe the changing trend of income distribution in China. Based on the principle of Shapley decomposition, the factors of the changes are analyzed, and the interaction between the groups in the process of group size change is understood. By using the CHNS household survey data from 1993 to 2011, the results show that the mixed distribution model can effectively describe the multi-peak characteristics of the income distribution of residents and has a good fitting effect, and the effect of the scale change of urban and rural income groups is basically the same. The growth of the internal income of the low-income groups can promote the reduction of their own size and the expansion of the size of other groups, and the growth of the internal income of the middle income groups can also contribute to the reduction of the size of the low-income groups. At the same time, it can also promote the scale reduction and expansion of the middle and low income groups, and the increase of the income level within the high income groups will lead to the expansion of their own scale, in addition, The widening of the income distribution gap in each group will hinder the formation of the "olive-shaped" pattern, while the difference in the effect of the scale change of urban and rural income groups is only reflected in the direction of a few individual roles or the relative strength of the effect.
