【摘要】：中國(guó)創(chuàng)造了世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展史上的奇跡,使中國(guó)具備了構(gòu)建中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)理論體系的典型條件。從實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)中,我國(guó)已總結(jié)提升出了一些中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)理論。但是,在中國(guó)進(jìn)入中高收入階段后,面對(duì)跨越"中等收入陷阱"的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn),照搬新自由主義經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論等學(xué)說難以指導(dǎo)中國(guó)新的實(shí)踐,已有的中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)理論也需要與時(shí)俱進(jìn)。為破解發(fā)展新難題,我國(guó)提出了由經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)、新理念、新動(dòng)力、新路徑和新政策等構(gòu)成的用于指導(dǎo)中國(guó)新實(shí)踐的新理論,并將該理論與十八大以前形成的理論進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)化,形成了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的新體系。最后指出了新體系具有的理論價(jià)值、世界價(jià)值和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:China has created a miracle in the history of the development of the world economy, so that it has the typical conditions for constructing a theoretical system of socialist economy with Chinese characteristics. Our country has summed up and promoted some economic theories of socialism with Chinese characteristics. However, after China entered the stage of middle and high income, facing the severe challenge of crossing the "middle income trap", we copied the neoliberal economics and developed economics. The theory of economic growth is difficult to guide China's new practice, and the existing economic theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics also needs to keep pace with the times. In order to solve the new problem of development, China has put forward a new normal, new concept and new motive force for economic development. The new theory, which is composed of new path and new policy, is used to guide China's new practice, and systematizes this theory with the theory formed before the 18 Congress. Finally, it points out the theoretical value, world value and practical value of the new system.
