【摘要】：在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的今天，信息技術(shù)正在以迅雷不及掩耳之勢(shì)快速發(fā)展，深刻而迅速地改變著人們的物質(zhì)生活和精神生活，改變著經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的方式，為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)。而以信息技術(shù)為支撐的信息化也取得了卓越成效，是順應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)�？h域經(jīng)濟(jì)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的細(xì)胞核，是富民強(qiáng)國(guó)的基石，縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展離不開信息技術(shù)這個(gè)重要引擎。 本文以信息技術(shù)為基準(zhǔn)，探討如何用信息技術(shù)促進(jìn)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。首先對(duì)信息技術(shù)和縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的概念及發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行概述，描述了縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)信息化的內(nèi)涵，梳理了信息技術(shù)與縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的辯證統(tǒng)一關(guān)系；其次分析目前我國(guó)信息技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、信息資源開發(fā)利用、社會(huì)信息化環(huán)境的現(xiàn)狀，總結(jié)出我國(guó)目前信息化建設(shè)在資金投入、資源整合力度、信息化人才、政策保障等方面存在的問題，并對(duì)存在問題的原因進(jìn)行解剖，旨在為信息技術(shù)促進(jìn)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展研究提供理論指導(dǎo)，提出如何在信息化環(huán)境下借助信息技術(shù)促進(jìn)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的有效措施。最后以安徽省舒城縣縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)信息化發(fā)展案例為背景進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究，以頂層設(shè)計(jì)理念為指導(dǎo)，概括舒城縣信息化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀，通過信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用在縣域各領(lǐng)域的構(gòu)建路徑分析和舒城縣縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)信息技術(shù)的需求分析，，提出合理科學(xué)的解決措施，為舒城縣未來信息化建設(shè)再上新臺(tái)階提供具有針對(duì)性和實(shí)效性的建議。
[Abstract]:In today's global economic integration, information technology is rapidly developing rapidly, profoundly and rapidly changing people's material and spiritual life, changing the way of economic growth. It has made great contribution to the development of the national economy, and the informatization supported by information technology has also achieved remarkable results, which is an inevitable trend in keeping with the development of the times. The county economy is the nucleus of the national economy and the cornerstone of enriching the people and the powerful nation. The development of county economy is inseparable from the important engine of information technology. Based on information technology, this paper discusses how to promote the development of county economy with information technology. Firstly, the concept and development course of information technology and county economy are summarized, and the connotation of information technology in county economy is described. Combing the dialectical and unified relationship between information technology and county economy; secondly, analyzing the present situation of information technology infrastructure, information resources development and utilization, social information environment, and summing up the current investment of information construction in our country. In order to provide theoretical guidance for the research of information technology to promote the development of county economy, the problems existing in resources integration, information talents, policy guarantee and so on are analyzed in order to provide theoretical guidance for the research on the causes of these problems. This paper puts forward some effective measures to promote the development of county economy with the help of information technology in the information environment. This paper summarizes the present situation of the development of information technology in Shucheng County, analyzes the construction path of the application of information technology in various fields of the county area and the demand for information technology in the county economy of Shucheng County, and puts forward some reasonable and scientific measures to solve the problem. For the future information construction of Shucheng County to a new level to provide targeted and effective advice.
