【摘要】："一帶一路"倡議并非是另起爐灶,而是繼續(xù)遵循分工和市場(chǎng)規(guī)模范圍效益理論,強(qiáng)化分工,實(shí)現(xiàn)既有全球化模式無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)的市場(chǎng)規(guī)模與范圍效益,向全球推廣對(duì)外開(kāi)放的中國(guó)模式。"一帶一路"與京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展支撐理論都是分工與市場(chǎng)規(guī)模范圍效益最大化理論。雄安新區(qū)的設(shè)立,最主要的目標(biāo)就是糾正北京在過(guò)去形成的不利于首都功能形成與發(fā)展的生產(chǎn)力錯(cuò)置,通過(guò)設(shè)立新區(qū)集中疏解非首都功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)京津冀地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)可持續(xù)協(xié)同發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Belt and Road's initiative is not to start a new stove, but to continue to follow the theory of division of labor and scope benefit of market scale, strengthen the division of labor, and realize the market scale and scope benefit which cannot be realized by the existing globalization mode. "Belt and Road" and "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperative development support theory" are both the theory of division of labor and maximization of market scale benefits. The main goal is to correct the misalignment of productive forces that were not conducive to the formation and development of capital function in the past, and to realize the sustainable and coordinated development of economy and society in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei by setting up a new district to concentrate on the understanding of non-capital functions.
