【摘要】：高技術(shù)是現(xiàn)代國際市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的焦點(diǎn)。高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)以其市場(chǎng)潛力大、產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)度高、附加價(jià)值高、污染程度低等優(yōu)點(diǎn),帶動(dòng)了整個(gè)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展。自1999年外經(jīng)貿(mào)部提出“科教興貿(mào)”戰(zhàn)略起,我國的對(duì)外貿(mào)易就致力于增加高技術(shù)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)出口,優(yōu)化對(duì)外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)。研究高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,必須考慮開放條件,其與對(duì)外貿(mào)易是相互聯(lián)系和不可分割的兩個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),兩者相互影響和制約。但是目前從產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易角度對(duì)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行的研究有限,本文站在對(duì)外貿(mào)易影響產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的理論基礎(chǔ)上,縱向比較、分析中國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)品出口的速度、規(guī)模和技術(shù)領(lǐng)域；橫向與其他國家比較,分析我們的不足之處。運(yùn)用大量的數(shù)據(jù)和圖表來闡述和說明問題,使定性分析盡可能建立在對(duì)可靠實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行定量分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,構(gòu)建多元線性回歸模型,利用計(jì)量軟件以及圖表分析等方法得出本文的結(jié)論：高技術(shù)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)口對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值影響顯著,產(chǎn)品進(jìn)口額增加1個(gè)單位時(shí),整個(gè)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)值提高0.551個(gè)單位；進(jìn)口對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新有促進(jìn)作用,進(jìn)口增加1億美元,RD人員全時(shí)當(dāng)量提高10人年；此外,實(shí)證結(jié)果顯示提高企業(yè)平均規(guī)模有利于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,且促進(jìn)作用較大。
[Abstract]:High-tech is the focus of modern international market competition. High-tech industry has the advantages of large market potential, high degree of industrial association, high added value, low pollution and so on. Since the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation put forward the strategy of "developing trade through science and education" in 1999, China's foreign trade has devoted itself to increasing the import and export of high-tech products. To optimize the structure of foreign trade and to study the development of high-tech industries, we must consider the conditions of opening up. However, the current research on high-tech industries from the perspective of product trade is limited. This paper, on the basis of the theory that foreign trade affects the development of industries, makes a longitudinal comparison to analyze the speed of China's high-tech exports. Scale and technical field; horizontal comparison with other countries, analysis of our shortcomings; use of a great deal of data and charts to illustrate and illustrate the problem so that qualitative analysis is based, as far as possible, on quantitative analysis of reliable actual data, The multivariate linear regression model is constructed, and the methods of econometric software and chart analysis are used to draw the conclusion that the import of high-tech products has a significant impact on the output value of the industry, and when the import value of the products increases by one unit, The output value of the whole high-tech industry increased by 0.551 units, and the import increased by US $100 million and the full-time equivalent of Rd personnel increased by 10 person-years. In addition, the empirical results show that increasing the average size of the enterprise is conducive to technological innovation. And the promoting effect is great.
