【摘要】：與以往"反全球化"的訴求主要來(lái)源于發(fā)展中國(guó)家、個(gè)體人士、社會(huì)組織,以及各國(guó)家內(nèi)弱勢(shì)群體的呼聲不同,"反全球化"出現(xiàn)新特點(diǎn),即美、英所代表的曾經(jīng)主導(dǎo)全球化進(jìn)程、販賣(mài)全球化理念、論證全球化合法性、享盡全球化利好的發(fā)達(dá)資本主義國(guó)家也開(kāi)始走向"反全球化"。其背后的實(shí)質(zhì)不是真正反全球化,也不是反全球化的全部,是選擇性"反全球化",是不愿分享利益、承擔(dān)國(guó)際責(zé)任的資本貪婪本性和狹隘民族主義情緒,是其國(guó)內(nèi)弱勢(shì)群體對(duì)利益受損和社會(huì)不公的"破釜沉舟"式憤怒表達(dá),是西方反理性主義思潮的產(chǎn)物,是資本主義基本矛盾深入發(fā)展的結(jié)果,也是資本主義國(guó)家的短期應(yīng)激反應(yīng)。在此背景下,我國(guó)要繼續(xù)積極融入全球化進(jìn)程,推動(dòng)全球化朝著均衡、普惠、共贏的方向發(fā)展,警惕、預(yù)防、規(guī)避全球化的消極后果,更加重視保障弱勢(shì)群體利益。
[Abstract]:Unlike the voices of the developing countries, the individual, the social organizations and the vulnerable groups in the developing countries, the "anti-globalization" demands have emerged a new feature, that is, the United States. The developed capitalist countries represented by Britain, which once dominated the process of globalization, sold the concept of globalization, demonstrated the legitimacy of globalization and enjoyed the benefits of globalization, also began to move towards "anti-globalization." the essence behind it is not truly anti-globalization. Nor is it all about anti-globalization. It is a selective "anti-globalization". It is a kind of capital greed and narrow nationalism that is unwilling to share benefits and bear international responsibility. It is the angry expression of the weak groups in China about the loss of interests and social injustice. It is the product of Western anti-rationalism and the result of the further development of the basic contradictions of capitalism. It is also a short-term stress response of capitalist countries. In this context, our country should continue to actively integrate into the process of globalization, promote the development of globalization in the direction of balance, universality and win-win situation, be vigilant, prevent, and avoid the negative consequences of globalization. More attention should be paid to protecting the interests of vulnerable groups.
