【摘要】：歐亞大陸經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊建設(shè)是"一帶一路"的重要工程之一,對(duì)中歐兩大市場(chǎng)加強(qiáng)合作對(duì)接至關(guān)重要。但經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊建設(shè)面臨著多重風(fēng)險(xiǎn),主要包括:歐盟分裂或解體風(fēng)險(xiǎn),民粹主義和貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義的威脅,歐俄之間的相互制裁,烏克蘭危機(jī),移民或難民問(wèn)題,陸路和海路兩種運(yùn)輸模式的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),中俄在通道建設(shè)上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)等。針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,應(yīng)綜合平衡和處理好宏觀和微觀、計(jì)劃和市場(chǎng)、海路和陸路、中俄競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與合作等問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:The construction of the Eurasian Economic Corridor is one of the important projects of "Belt and Road", which is vital to the strengthening of cooperation and docking between the two major markets of China and Europe. However, the construction of the economic corridor faces many risks, mainly including: the risk of the break-up or disintegration of the EU. The threat of populism and trade protectionism, the mutual sanctions between Europe and Russia, the crisis in Ukraine, the problem of migrants or refugees, the competition between the two modes of transport by land and sea, the competition between China and Russia in the construction of corridors, and so on. We should balance and deal with macro and micro, plan and market, sea and land, competition and cooperation between China and Russia.
