【摘要】：隨著國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長速度放緩及企業(yè)投資增速降低,擴(kuò)大國內(nèi)消費(fèi)水平、創(chuàng)造內(nèi)需、以需求驅(qū)動(dòng)投資,帶動(dòng)國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)再增長顯得尤為重要。國內(nèi)外學(xué)者歷來重視對消費(fèi)的影響因素的研究,自凱恩斯提出消費(fèi)是國民收入的函數(shù)以來,經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)者相繼提出了持久收入消費(fèi)理論、跨期消費(fèi)理論、理性預(yù)期消費(fèi)理論以及其他相關(guān)的消費(fèi)理論,由此可見消費(fèi)理論在經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中的重要地位與作用。消費(fèi)并非只是持久收入的函數(shù),在某種程度上消費(fèi)亦受到預(yù)期及消費(fèi)者對未來經(jīng)濟(jì)境況的樂觀、悲觀及主觀情況的影響,也即是不確定性以及未來的預(yù)期會(huì)影響消費(fèi)者的消費(fèi),國外學(xué)者及國內(nèi)學(xué)者對不確定性進(jìn)行了廣泛的研究。這些研究主要集中在收入的不確定性對消費(fèi)的影響,本文通過構(gòu)建模型以遼寧省十四個(gè)地級市農(nóng)村居民及城鎮(zhèn)居民為研究對象,以2000-2012年十三年為時(shí)間跨度,通過運(yùn)用面板數(shù)據(jù)模型,對比分析持久收入、收入不確定性、不確定性的方向性對農(nóng)村居民及城鎮(zhèn)居民消費(fèi)的影響效應(yīng)程度,不僅檢驗(yàn)不確定性程度的影響,還檢驗(yàn)當(dāng)不確定性程度低于預(yù)期或者高于預(yù)期時(shí)的方向性影響。同時(shí)亦對比分析了持久收入對遼寧省農(nóng)村居民及城鎮(zhèn)居民消費(fèi)的影響效應(yīng)程度。
[Abstract]:With the domestic economic growth rate slowing and the growth rate of enterprise investment decreasing, the level of domestic consumption will be expanded, domestic demand will be created, and investment will be driven by demand. Domestic and foreign scholars have always attached importance to the study of the influencing factors of consumption. Since Keynes put forward consumption as a function of national income, economists have put forward the theory of sustainable income consumption one after another. Intertemporal consumption theory, rational expectation consumption theory and other related consumption theories show that consumption theory plays an important role in economics. Consumption is not just a function of lasting income. To a certain extent, consumption is also affected by expectations and consumer optimism, pessimism and subjective conditions about the future economic situation, that is, uncertainty and future expectations will affect consumer spending. Foreign and domestic scholars have carried out extensive research on uncertainty. These studies mainly focus on the effect of income uncertainty on consumption. This paper takes the rural and urban residents of 14 prefectural cities in Liaoning Province as the research object, and takes the 13 years from 2000 to 2012 as the time span. By using the panel data model, the paper compares and analyzes the persistent income and income uncertainty. The effect of uncertainty on the consumption of rural residents and urban residents is not only tested. It also tests the directional effect when the degree of uncertainty is lower than expected or higher than expected. At the same time, it compares and analyzes the effect of persistent income on consumption of rural residents and urban residents in Liaoning Province.
