【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)影響要素的流動(dòng)與配置,要素配置效率決定著經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的質(zhì)量與速度。本文基于VES生產(chǎn)函數(shù)建立了以海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)為門檻變量的估計(jì)模型,探究海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)對海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響,可為推動(dòng)中國海洋供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,提高海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長質(zhì)量提供參考。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)對海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響具有顯著差異性。海洋第二產(chǎn)業(yè)占GOP比重在越過門檻值時(shí)對海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響比較顯著,對海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生較大的"結(jié)構(gòu)紅利",在一定程度上會(huì)促進(jìn)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長;海洋第三產(chǎn)業(yè)占GOP比重對海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響則不顯著;海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高度化對海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長具有負(fù)向效應(yīng),會(huì)制約海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。(2)海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)引起了海洋資本、海洋勞動(dòng)力和海洋科技投入對海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式的改變,并呈現(xiàn)階段性特征。傳統(tǒng)海洋投資結(jié)構(gòu)在海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展初期會(huì)促進(jìn)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長,但越過門檻值后,將會(huì)抑制海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長;海洋勞動(dòng)力對海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的正向影響均比較顯著;海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長對科技投入的依賴,更多的需要智力支持而非單純的體力供給。
[Abstract]:The change of industrial structure affects the flow and allocation of elements, and the efficiency of factor allocation determines the quality and speed of economic growth. Based on the production function of VES, this paper establishes an estimation model with the structure of marine industry as the threshold variable. Exploring the influence of the change of marine industrial structure on the growth of marine economy can promote the structural reform on the supply side of the ocean in China. The research results show that the change of marine industrial structure has significant difference on marine economic growth. The ratio of marine secondary industry to GOP exceeds the threshold for marine economy. The impact of growth is significant. To some extent, it will promote the growth of marine economy, while the proportion of marine tertiary industry in GOP will not significantly affect the growth of marine economy. Higher marine industrial structure has a negative effect on the growth of marine economy, which will restrict the development of marine economy. (2) the change of marine industrial structure has caused the change of marine capital, marine labor force and marine science and technology investment to change the mode of marine economic growth. The traditional marine investment structure will promote the marine economic growth in the early stage of marine economic development, but after crossing the threshold, it will restrain the marine economic growth. The positive effects of marine labor force on marine economic growth are significant, and the dependence of marine economic growth on scientific and technological input requires more intellectual support than physical supply.
