【摘要】："一帶一路"倡議的提出和實施已近四年了。近四年來,這一倡議得到沿線各國的積極響應(yīng),在國內(nèi)外產(chǎn)生了廣泛而深刻的影響,并已收獲階段性重要成果。認(rèn)真梳理"一帶一路"倡議的形成過程,分析這一倡議對我國和世界的影響,對于我們更好地把握這一倡議的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵,進(jìn)一步開創(chuàng)我國改革開放新局面,推動構(gòu)建以合作共贏為核心的新型國際關(guān)系,推動構(gòu)建人類命運共同體,具有重大而深遠(yuǎn)的意義。
[Abstract]:It has been nearly four years since the "Belt and Road" initiative was put forward and implemented. In the past four years, the initiative has received positive responses from countries along the route and has had a wide and profound impact at home and abroad. And has already harvested important achievements in stages. We have carefully combed the forming process of the "Belt and Road" initiative, analyzed its impact on China and the world, and made a better understanding of the scientific connotation of this initiative. It is of great and far-reaching significance to further open up a new situation of China's reform and opening up, to promote the construction of a new type of international relationship with the core of cooperation and win-win cooperation, and to promote the construction of a community of human destiny.
