【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅猛,發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)需要資源的持續(xù)支撐,在有些地區(qū),陸上資源甚至已經(jīng)開發(fā)殆盡,在這樣的全球大背景下,各國開始把目光轉(zhuǎn)向廣闊的海洋,海洋即將成為重點(diǎn)開發(fā)的國土資源。環(huán)南海國家多為發(fā)展中國家,且陸地資源匱乏,如何利用科學(xué)合理的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提升海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,在國際區(qū)域一體化和南海主權(quán)爭(zhēng)端的背景下如何加快環(huán)南海各國之間的產(chǎn)業(yè)合作模式,是各國當(dāng)前面臨的重要課題。 本文首先從環(huán)南海國家和地區(qū)的主要海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀入手,主要從資源的角度建立產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析方法進(jìn)行環(huán)南海國家和地區(qū)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力測(cè)度比較,最后針對(duì)我國海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r提出對(duì)策建議。 通過分析得出結(jié)論：在環(huán)南海國家和地區(qū)中,我國主要海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)在資源方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)較大,但整體的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力除廣東省靠前外,其他兩省競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力較弱,這是由于技術(shù)水平低,政府投入少,環(huán)境破壞嚴(yán)重以及國際爭(zhēng)端等原因?qū)е碌�。最后通過借鑒成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出相應(yīng)的建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the world economy today, the development of the economy needs the sustained support of resources. In some areas, land resources have even been exhausted. Under such a global background, countries have begun to turn their eyes to the vast oceans. The ocean will soon become the national resources of key development. Most of the countries around the South China Sea are developing countries, and the land resources are scarce. How to use scientific and reasonable development strategy to enhance the competitiveness of marine industry, In the context of international regional integration and sovereignty disputes in the South China Sea, how to speed up the mode of industrial cooperation among the countries around the South China Sea is an important issue facing each country at present. This paper starts with the current situation of the main marine industries around the South China Sea, and mainly establishes the index system of industrial competitiveness from the perspective of resources. This paper compares the competitiveness of the countries and regions around the South China Sea by using the method of grey correlation analysis, and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of marine industry in China. Through the analysis, it is concluded that in the countries and regions around the South China Sea, China's main marine industries have great advantages in resources, but the overall competitiveness of the two provinces, except Guangdong Province, is relatively weak, which is due to the low level of technology. It is caused by small government investment, serious environmental damage and international disputes. Finally, some suggestions are put forward by drawing lessons from successful experiences.
