【摘要】：金融作為經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的一個(gè)變量越來(lái)越受重視，特別是金融深化理論提出后，，許多政府將金融作為發(fā)展當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)的一個(gè)重要途徑。目前關(guān)于金融發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)關(guān)系的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究很多，但大多是從國(guó)別層面來(lái)研究二者之間的關(guān)系。近年來(lái)也有許多學(xué)者從區(qū)域?qū)用嬉约耙允閱挝粊?lái)研究二者之間的關(guān)系。由于所選擇的年份、指標(biāo)、區(qū)域的不同，學(xué)者們所得的研究結(jié)論也不同。本文正是以此為出發(fā)點(diǎn)來(lái)研究二者之間的關(guān)系。 本文首先介紹了金融發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的相關(guān)理論并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了綜述。對(duì)陜西省金融發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的歷史數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)并對(duì)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析。得出的主要結(jié)論為：陜西省的經(jīng)濟(jì)在不斷地增長(zhǎng)，產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化度在不斷地上升，但是還處于全國(guó)的平均水平之下；城鎮(zhèn)化水平在不斷地提高，農(nóng)民與城鎮(zhèn)居民的收入差距越來(lái)越大，出現(xiàn)了二元經(jīng)濟(jì)；陜西省的金融業(yè)增加值在近20年的時(shí)間里增加了29倍；金融機(jī)構(gòu)存、貸款年末余額都在不斷地上升，但是存貸差越來(lái)越大，金融機(jī)構(gòu)的效率不高；金融機(jī)構(gòu)的信貸資金出現(xiàn)了長(zhǎng)期化趨勢(shì)；1993年保險(xiǎn)業(yè)體制改革后，陜西省的保險(xiǎn)業(yè)飛速發(fā)展。 接著本文分析了金融發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的作用機(jī)制并對(duì)二者的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。在實(shí)證部分，本文選取陜西省1980-2013年金融發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的數(shù)據(jù)，用單位根檢驗(yàn)、VAR模型、協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)、誤差修正模型以及格蘭杰因果關(guān)系檢驗(yàn)的計(jì)量方法對(duì)二者的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。所得結(jié)論為：陜西省的金融發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)目前還處于“需求拉動(dòng)型”，金融發(fā)展滯后于經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)；金融機(jī)構(gòu)將存款轉(zhuǎn)化為貸款的能力越強(qiáng)，對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的抑制作用越大；陜西省的保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展規(guī)模與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)相互促進(jìn)。 最后本文根據(jù)現(xiàn)狀分析以及實(shí)證分析得出的結(jié)論提出了四條對(duì)策建議：提高陜西省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平以帶動(dòng)地方金融的發(fā)展；放松政府對(duì)金融機(jī)構(gòu)的管制促進(jìn)金融自由發(fā)展；加快保險(xiǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)的改革提高保險(xiǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)水平；構(gòu)建多層次資本市場(chǎng)體系。
[Abstract]:As a variable of economic growth, finance has been paid more and more attention, especially after the theory of financial deepening was put forward. Many governments regard finance as an important way to develop the local economy. At present, there are many domestic and foreign studies on the relationship between financial development and economic growth. In recent years, many scholars have studied the relationship between the two at the regional level as well as at the provincial level. The research results are also different. This paper studies the relationship between the two as a starting point. This paper first introduces the related theories of financial development and economic growth, and summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad. It also makes descriptive statistics on the historical data of financial development and economic growth in Shaanxi Province and makes a survey of the present situation. The main conclusion is that the economy of Shaanxi Province is growing continuously. The degree of industrial optimization is constantly rising, but still below the national average level, the level of urbanization is constantly improving, the income gap between farmers and urban residents is increasing, and the dual economy has emerged. The added value of financial industry in Shaanxi Province has increased by 29 times in the past 20 years, the balance of financial institutions at the end of the year has been rising, but the difference between deposit and loan is increasing, and the efficiency of financial institutions is not high. In 1993, the insurance industry of Shaanxi Province developed rapidly after the reform of insurance system. Then this paper analyzes the mechanism of financial development and economic growth and makes an empirical study on the relationship between them. In the empirical part, this paper selects the data of financial development and economic growth from 1980 to 2013 in Shaanxi Province, and tests the VAR model with unit root. Cointegration test, The error correction model and Granger causality test are used to study the relationship between them. The conclusions are as follows: the financial development and economic growth in Shaanxi Province are still in the "demand-driven" mode, and the financial development is still in the "demand-driven" mode. The development lags behind the economic growth; The stronger the ability of financial institutions to convert deposits into loans, the greater the restraining effect on economic growth, and the mutual promotion between the development scale of insurance market and economic growth in Shaanxi Province. Finally, according to the analysis of the present situation and the conclusion of the empirical analysis, this paper puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions: to improve the level of economic development in Shaanxi Province in order to promote the development of local finance, to relax the government's control on financial institutions and to promote the free development of finance; Speed up the reform of insurance institutions and improve the management level of the insurance industry; build a multi-level capital market system.
