【摘要】：當(dāng)前中國經(jīng)濟處于內(nèi)外失衡的狀態(tài),對當(dāng)前中國經(jīng)濟形勢的判斷與政策應(yīng)對方面理論界尚未形成統(tǒng)一共識。對中國經(jīng)濟內(nèi)外失衡具體狀態(tài)的分析表明,當(dāng)前中國經(jīng)濟存在內(nèi)部衰退和外部順差的內(nèi)外失衡狀況,進一步分析指出當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟增長主要面臨的問題在于持續(xù)多年的官方主導(dǎo)的固定資產(chǎn)投資過度,外部經(jīng)濟面臨的主要問題在于現(xiàn)行人民幣匯率制度的市場化機制不足,并提出應(yīng)推行旨在調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)的貨幣政策與財政政策建議。
[Abstract]:At present, China's economy is in a state of internal and external imbalance, and the theoretical circle has not yet formed a unified consensus on the judgment and policy response to the current economic situation in China. The analysis of the specific state of the imbalance inside and outside the Chinese economy shows that, At present, there is an internal recession and external imbalance in the Chinese economy. Further analysis indicates that the main problem facing the current economic growth lies in the excessive investment in fixed assets, which has been dominated by the government for many years. The main problem facing the external economy lies in the insufficiency of the marketization mechanism of the current RMB exchange rate system, and puts forward some suggestions on monetary and fiscal policies aimed at adjusting the structure of RMB.
