【摘要】：已有文獻(xiàn)表明自主研發(fā)對(duì)創(chuàng)新能力有重要影響,隨著我國(guó)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)水平的不斷提高,研究知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)在自主研發(fā)影響區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力中的作用機(jī)理具有重要意義。運(yùn)用我國(guó)2003—2013年省際面板數(shù)據(jù),建立動(dòng)態(tài)面板門檻回歸模型,實(shí)證分析了自主研發(fā)對(duì)區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力影響的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)門限效應(yīng)。研究結(jié)果表明:自主研發(fā)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力的影響顯著存在基于知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)的門限效應(yīng)。當(dāng)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)低于門限值時(shí),自主研發(fā)對(duì)區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力具有顯著的促進(jìn)作用;當(dāng)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)跨過(guò)門限值后,自主研發(fā)對(duì)創(chuàng)新能力的促進(jìn)效應(yīng)更大。我國(guó)大部分省份未跨過(guò)門限值,處于低知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)區(qū)域內(nèi),提高知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)水平,有助于提高自主研發(fā)對(duì)區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:It has been shown that independent R & D has an important influence on innovation ability. With the improvement of intellectual property protection in China, It is of great significance to study the mechanism of intellectual property protection in the independent R & D affecting regional innovation ability. Using the provincial panel data from 2003 to 2013, a dynamic panel threshold regression model is established. This paper empirically analyzes the threshold effect of intellectual property protection on the impact of independent R & D on regional innovation ability. The results show that there is a significant threshold effect based on intellectual property protection in the impact of independent R & D on regional innovation capability in China. When intellectual property protection falls below the threshold, Independent R & D plays a significant role in promoting regional innovation capability. When intellectual property rights (IPR) protection has crossed the threshold, the promotion effect of independent R & D on innovation capability is greater. Most provinces in China have not crossed the threshold. In the area of low intellectual property protection, improving the level of intellectual property protection is helpful to improve the promotion of independent R & D to the regional innovation ability.
