【摘要】：文章運用HP濾波方法對我國保險周期與經(jīng)濟周期進行測度,發(fā)現(xiàn)保險周期在總體上呈現(xiàn)順周期特征,但保險業(yè)市場波動有其自身特點,波動頻率和波動幅度與經(jīng)濟周期波動存在顯著差異。這表明我國保險市場波動既受宏觀經(jīng)濟環(huán)境的影響,也與保險業(yè)自身產(chǎn)業(yè)政策有關。此外,壽險與財險兩大市場的波動性受宏觀經(jīng)濟環(huán)境的影響并不相同,保險監(jiān)管部門應始終監(jiān)測并充分考慮分險種市場的不同波動特征,以提高逆周期監(jiān)管有效性。
[Abstract]:This paper uses HP filter method to measure the insurance cycle and economic cycle in China. It is found that the insurance cycle has the characteristics of pro-cycle in general, but the fluctuation of insurance market has its own characteristics. There are significant differences between the frequency and amplitude of volatility and the fluctuation of economic cycle, which indicates that the volatility of the insurance market in China is affected by the macroeconomic environment as well as by the industrial policies of the insurance industry itself. The volatility of life insurance market and property insurance market is different from that of macroeconomic environment. Insurance supervision department should always monitor and fully consider the different fluctuation characteristics of sub-insurance market in order to improve the effectiveness of counter-cyclical supervision.
