【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的趨勢(shì)下,新的經(jīng)濟(jì)浪潮與經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)不斷涌現(xiàn)。資源在世界范圍內(nèi)的流動(dòng),加速了全球的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。國(guó)際分工越來(lái)越明顯,同時(shí)區(qū)域一體化程度越來(lái)越高。世界各國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)緊密聯(lián)系,使得區(qū)域之間通過(guò)行政劃分或是自然產(chǎn)業(yè)分工聯(lián)合起來(lái),以整體形勢(shì)參與經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。區(qū)域發(fā)展在全球化的背景下迎來(lái)機(jī)遇的同時(shí),也要面臨著巨大的考驗(yàn)。區(qū)域政府面臨著如何提升區(qū)域核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力從而發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的難題,區(qū)域核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的相關(guān)研究被提高到戰(zhàn)略層面。 隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的突飛猛進(jìn),城市化的步伐加快,區(qū)域品牌的建設(shè)受到人們的廣泛關(guān)注,打造區(qū)域品牌是解決提升區(qū)域核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力難題的關(guān)鍵途徑。本文將研究區(qū)域核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和區(qū)域品牌兩個(gè)方面,并提出應(yīng)用區(qū)域品牌打造來(lái)提升區(qū)域核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。首先第一部分是關(guān)于區(qū)域核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論闡述。在文獻(xiàn)綜述基礎(chǔ)上,提出概念,即區(qū)域核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是由區(qū)域積累的一種保持自身持久穩(wěn)定的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,這種能力是區(qū)域獨(dú)具并通過(guò)資源調(diào)配、企業(yè)創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)等方式實(shí)現(xiàn)的整合。不難發(fā)現(xiàn)區(qū)域核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有稀缺性、整體性、持續(xù)性和層次性等特點(diǎn)。區(qū)域核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力從構(gòu)成要素來(lái)講,,由核心資源、環(huán)境條件、企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和核心區(qū)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力五部分組成。對(duì)于區(qū)域核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的創(chuàng)建形式來(lái)講,有三種分別是建立區(qū)域科技創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)、發(fā)展特色經(jīng)濟(jì)和設(shè)立經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū)。其次從三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行區(qū)域核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的實(shí)證分析,此處以河北省為例,找出提升河北省區(qū)域核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力中存在問(wèn)題。最后找到應(yīng)用區(qū)域品牌打造的方法提升河北省區(qū)域核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。針對(duì)區(qū)域品牌的打造,在進(jìn)行條件分析的基礎(chǔ)上,給出如下四種方法:第一是整合資源要素、明確區(qū)域定位,第二是實(shí)施人才戰(zhàn)略、加快產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新,第三是營(yíng)造市場(chǎng)環(huán)境、發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,第四是樹(shù)立政府形象、宣傳品牌文化。針對(duì)各市的產(chǎn)業(yè)依托,給出各市品牌打造實(shí)踐。希望這些方法切實(shí)提高河北省區(qū)域核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,有助于河北省今后經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the trend of economic globalization, the new economic wave and economic crisis continue to emerge. The flow of resources in the world accelerates the global competition. The international division of labor becomes more and more obvious. At the same time, the degree of regional integration is becoming higher and higher. Countries in the world are closely connected with each other in economy and society, which makes the regions unite through administrative division or division of labor between natural industries. Taking part in economic competition in the overall situation. Regional development in the context of globalization ushered in opportunities, but also faces a huge test. Regional governments are faced with the problem of how to enhance the regional core competitiveness so as to develop economic and social. The related research of regional core competence has been raised to the strategic level. With the rapid development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization, people pay more attention to the construction of regional brand. Building regional brand is the key way to solve the problem of promoting regional core competence. This paper will study two aspects of regional core competitiveness and regional brand. The first part is about the theory of regional core competence. On the basis of literature review, the paper puts forward the concept. That is, the regional core competence is a kind of competitive ability accumulated by the region to maintain its own lasting stability. This ability is unique to the region and through the allocation of resources, the enterprise innovates. It is not difficult to find that the regional core competitiveness has the characteristics of scarcity, integrity, sustainability and hierarchy. The regional core competitiveness is composed of core resources, environmental conditions, and so on. There are five parts of enterprise core competence, industrial core competence and core area competitiveness. For the form of establishing regional core competence, there are three kinds of regional scientific and technological innovation system. The development of characteristic economy and the establishment of special economic zones. Secondly, the empirical analysis of regional core competitiveness is carried out from three aspects. Here, Hebei Province is taken as an example. Find out the existing problems in promoting the regional core competitiveness of Hebei Province. Finally, find out the method of using regional brand to enhance the regional core competitiveness of Hebei Province. Four methods are given as follows: first, integrating resource elements, defining regional positioning, second, implementing talent strategy, speeding up product innovation, third, creating market environment, developing industrial clusters, and establishing government image in 4th. According to the industry of each city, this paper puts forward the practice of brand building in each city. We hope these methods can improve the core competitiveness of Hebei province and help the economic development of Hebei province in the future.
