【摘要】：隨著收入不平等差距的拉大,越來越多的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家對(duì)公平與再分配問題進(jìn)行了研究。本文采用實(shí)驗(yàn)室實(shí)驗(yàn)方法,研究了在不同成本與效率條件下,針對(duì)不同的稅前收入決定方法,中國被試的自利偏好與公平偏好對(duì)個(gè)體再分配行為的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)研究發(fā)現(xiàn):除了自利偏好,公平偏好在再分配決策中發(fā)揮著重要的影響;決定稅前收入不平等的因素對(duì)個(gè)體的公平偏好與再分配行為有顯著影響;在個(gè)體再分配偏好中,公平偏好滿足需求法則,并且與效率損失之間存在權(quán)衡取舍關(guān)系;最后,再分配行為受到?jīng)Q策者的角色與社會(huì)特征的影響。本文研究結(jié)論對(duì)于我國收入分配政策設(shè)計(jì)具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the widening income inequality gap, more and more economists have studied the problem of equity and redistribution. According to different pre-tax income determination methods, the self-interest preference and fair preference of Chinese subjects affect individual redistribution behavior. The experimental results show that: besides self-interest preference, fairness preference plays an important role in redistribution decision-making; The factors that determine the income inequality before tax have a significant impact on the individual's fair preference and redistribution behavior; in the individual redistribution preference, the fair preference meets the law of demand, and there is a trade-off relationship between the fairness preference and the efficiency loss. The behavior of redistribution is influenced by the role of decision makers and social characteristics. The conclusion of this paper has some reference value for the design of income distribution policy in China.
