【摘要】：區(qū)域協(xié)同發(fā)展的過(guò)程,本質(zhì)上是經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域相互作用、城市群之間經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系不斷增強(qiáng)的過(guò)程。基于經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系的視角對(duì)京津冀城市群與長(zhǎng)三角城市群的比較研究發(fā)現(xiàn),無(wú)論是從經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的梯次結(jié)構(gòu)還是與中心城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系來(lái)看,長(zhǎng)三角城市群都優(yōu)于京津冀。立足這一現(xiàn)狀,破解京津冀城市群發(fā)展中存在的難題,應(yīng)以雄安新區(qū)的規(guī)劃與建設(shè)為契機(jī),改變北京"一城獨(dú)大"式的發(fā)展模式以及帶來(lái)的負(fù)效應(yīng),構(gòu)筑梯次良好、經(jīng)濟(jì)互通密切的城市空間布局。
[Abstract]:The process of regional coordinated development is essentially a process of interaction in economic field and increasing economic relationship among urban agglomerations.Based on the perspective of economic connection, a comparative study of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration and Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration is made. The Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration is superior to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei in terms of the echelon structure of economic development and the economic relationship with the central cities. Based on this situation, the problems existing in the development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration are solved. It is necessary to take the planning and construction of Xiong'an New District as an opportunity to change the development mode and negative effects of "one city alone" in Beijing, and to construct a good urban space layout with a good echelon and close economic interaction.
