【摘要】：阿塞拜疆位于亞歐分界線中的里海西岸,地處東西方交界處。其地緣政治的位置既是其主要資產(chǎn),也使其面臨挑戰(zhàn)。本文分析了她與其最大、最重要鄰國以及其他國家的政治關(guān)系,從而可見阿塞拜疆從中保持平衡的方法：在外交政策方面,在南高加索地區(qū)復(fù)雜的地緣政治利益沖突環(huán)境下的機(jī)動(dòng)政治策略。本文還闡述關(guān)于阿塞拜疆與中國的關(guān)系以及中國在該地區(qū)的作用。中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長帶動(dòng)其商品供應(yīng)不僅通過傳統(tǒng)的海上和空中交通線,而且通過新絲綢之路中跨里海運(yùn)輸線運(yùn)往歐洲。在新絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的引領(lǐng)下,阿塞拜疆和中國將加快發(fā)展新的雙邊貿(mào)易合作。此外,新絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶項(xiàng)目不但使阿塞拜疆保持在南高加索的優(yōu)勢地位,而且使其成為跨里海的重要樞紐。新絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶項(xiàng)目同時(shí)帶動(dòng)了該地區(qū)各國家的合作。阿塞拜疆通過新絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶項(xiàng)目中的新角色,正充分發(fā)揮著其作為過境國在全球貿(mào)易的重要作用。許多學(xué)者認(rèn)為,通過外交政策的選擇,同時(shí)高度重視自身經(jīng)濟(jì)的有效發(fā)展,阿塞拜疆在合作中努力保持著自身國家的獨(dú)立地位。本文主要分析了阿塞拜疆在全球化和地區(qū)一體化的趨勢下的政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)措施以及她對(duì)中國作為一個(gè)全球化在該地區(qū)的參與者的認(rèn)知,重點(diǎn)討論了新絲綢之路項(xiàng)目對(duì)阿塞拜疆-中國關(guān)系的影響。
[Abstract]:Azerbaijan is located on the west coast of the Caspian Sea in the Asia-Europe boundary, on the border between East and West. Its geopolitical position is not only its main asset, but also the challenge it faces. The political relations of the most important neighbouring countries, as well as those of other States, thus showing the way in which Azerbaijan can maintain a balance: in the foreign policy context, Mobile political strategies in the context of complex geopolitical conflicts of interest in the south Caucasus. This paper also describes the relationship between Azerbaijan and china and china s role in the region. The growth of china's economy drives its commodities. Supply not only through traditional sea and air transport lines, In addition, Azerbaijan and China will accelerate the development of new bilateral trade cooperation under the guidance of the New Silk Road Economic Belt. The New Silk Road Economic Belt project not only kept Azerbaijan in its dominant position in the South Caucasus, And to make it an important hub across the Caspian Sea. The New Silk Road Economic Belt project has also stimulated cooperation among the countries of the region. Azerbaijan has adopted a new role in the New Silk Road Economic Belt project, Is giving full play to its important role as a transit country in global trade. Many scholars believe that through the choice of foreign policy, they attach great importance to the effective development of their own economies, Azerbaijan strives to maintain its independent status in cooperation. This paper mainly analyzes the political and economic measures of Azerbaijan under the trend of globalization and regional integration, as well as its views on China as a globalized country. The participants in the region, The impact of the New Silk Road project on Azerbaijan-China relations is discussed in detail.
