【摘要】：自1991年中國與東盟開展對話以來,中國—東盟海洋合作已從最初的漁業(yè)合作逐步擴展至海洋經(jīng)濟、海上聯(lián)通、科研環(huán)保、海上安全、海洋人文等領(lǐng)域。目前,中國—東盟海洋合作在面臨機遇的同時也遭遇著挑戰(zhàn)。探索中國—東盟海洋合作的新路徑,不僅是建設(shè)"21世紀海上絲綢之路"的重中之重,也是增強中國-東盟政治互信,穩(wěn)定周邊的有力舉措。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the dialogue between China and ASEAN in 1991, the China-ASEAN maritime cooperation has gradually expanded from the initial fishery cooperation to the areas of marine economy, maritime connectivity, scientific research, environmental protection, maritime safety, marine humanities, etc. At present, China-ASEAN maritime cooperation is facing both opportunities and challenges. To explore a new path for China-ASEAN maritime cooperation is not only a top priority in building the "Maritime Silk Road of 21th century", but also a strengthening of political mutual trust between China and ASEAN. To stabilize the perimeter of the power of action.
